City View Hostel

Okay if you only consider the location. The host seemed friendly, but the room only had a curtain (No door), no A/C, the beds were squeaky and in the morning a monkey was peeking through the open window. Very noisy at night. Bathrooms were dirty, no toilet paper or soap and very small. Also very hard to find (despite the central location) - had to ask 3 people to get there.

Really, really good guy running an "all you need" type facility smack bang in the centre of Kandy with a great view from the window.

A little uncortable but very cheap and well located.

I wouldn't recommend as a solo female traveller during low season...

Ich würde immer wieder kommen! Die Lage ist Mega. Mitten in Kandy. Habe spontan eine Tour durch die Stadt bekommen. Danke

Très bon emplacement en plein centre-ville, mais bruyant. Le rapport qualité-prix est correct pour une nuit. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables, on sent les ressorts, et il n’y a pas de climatisation, donc il fait vite très chaud dans la chambre. Pas de porte, seulement un simple rideau pour fermer la chambre. Les douches et toilettes sont corrects et propres. Le gérant est très gentil.

Nice host and good location

Hostel très sympa en soit, emplacement en plein cœur de la ville c’est super pratique ! Le seule bémol c’est que j’étais littéralement la seule voyageuse pendant tout mon séjour donc je me suis sentie un peu seule 🥲. Hormis ça rien à dire, le propriétaire est très gentil, l’endroit est propre, il y a de l’eau chaude !

locations great. 5 min tuktuk to bus or train station. cheap. no mosquito protection or cooling. no plugs for the beds

Manoj was a great host Had amazing conversations and felt really relaxed in this place. Nearby is everything you need 🤘
