+ Die Lage der Zimmer ist gut.

- Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass niemand zur Begrüßung da war. Das Zimmer ist lieblos zusammengewürfelt. Da fehlt jeglicher Sinn für Einrichtung. Das Gemeinschaftsbad wurde zwar 1 x am Tag gereinigt, aber jedes Mal wurden Sachen übersehen. Meine Allergie hat sich sehr stark gemeldet, was bedeutet, dass die Belastung durch Hausstaubmilben sehr hoch sein muss.

+ Location (albeit above an Indian restaurant so there is a strong smell of Indian food) Could check in early (just before 10am)

- Very dirty and aged. Bathroom had hair (we didn’t have black hair of that length so not ours). There was a huge hole in the ceiling which wasn’t in pictures and paint was peeling off the ceiling and walls. Items such as plastic toothbrush holder were cracked and broken. Either bin it or run or Aldi which is 5min away and buy a new one. Have some respect for your guests and your own property. Had an issue with noise from a room next door. (Doesn’t help that walls seem to be made out of paper mache) Messaged the host and was made to feel like WE are an inconvenience and are making it up. Apparently we should report it as it happens not next day (even though we asked the room next door to keep the noise down) even though reception works until 8pm and this happened at 10pm until 2am so had no sleep that night and following night. Booking tried to resolve it with them but couldn’t come to an agreement with the host. Overall as long as you don’t mind dirty damaged furniture , hair, blood looking stains on curtains and holes in your ceiling as well as staff who are rude over the WhatsApp chat and friendly in person this is an ok stay. Thought we found a steal but price reflects their service and attitude. I have stayed at over 25 establishments abroad within the last year. This has to be one of the worst in terms of the attitude of the staff and the condition of the room.

+ Bili smo štirje prijatelji, za eno ali dve noči čisto ok. Je pa res, da so za celotno nadstropje dve skupni kopalnici, kar pa mi nismo imeli težav. Lokacija odlična, do strogega centra nekaj minut hoje. Če pridem še kdaj v Verono, prespim pri njih. :)

- Mogoče samo to, nismo predhodno prejeli navodila za vstop v zgradbo, koda, morali komunicirati z lastnikom - upraviteljem.

+ Buena ubicación y buena calidad precio muy recomendable. Además la cocina es un plus, el café riquísimo. Y pese a estar en una habitación sin el baño incluido apenas lo noté, puesto que había uno al lado y tuve la sensación de que estaba solo para mi

+ Easy to access city very close to the arena

- Smelling corridors and low WiFi

+ Es un desastre. Es mejor pagar 20 euros más por un alojamiento mejor

- I prefieres to lose the money than sleeping there. I finally payed another hotel and I'm waiting for booking.com to refound me even if the place does not.
