It is in a great location with good facilities, spacious room and cleanliness. Luckily I was staying with a friend as it is expected to leave the key in the room. However you need they key to open the gate and downstairs door so one of us held the downstairs door open and left the gate on the latch so we could leave the key as the Reception was shut at check out.

I saw the bad reviews about this place and was like meh it’s fine DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Check in was an absolute headache took forever the guy was rude and would hang up on me half of the time then after my stay he said I brought someone over (2 of us stayed in a private) demanded €20 and said he called the police when I didn’t answer and I’m going to have problems at border control?!? Then when I was like wtf ??? He said and I quote “good luck 😉” like what kind of professionalism ...

Nah am Bahnhof gelegen und fußläufig gut die Innenstadt erreichbar wohnt man in einem sauberen Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad. Tagsüber war das Zimmer etwas hellhörig, was nachts, da sich alle Gäste an die Nachtruhe gehalten haben, nicht gestört hat. Auch als Familie mit Kind konnte man gut schlafen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Stayed here for 2 nights and seemed fine until the shower didn’t drain and communication with host was mediocre. Their Hostelworld page said check out was 10-11am, and at 10:30 we got a text asking where we were and found our door code no longer working when we came back all before 11. Our bags had been taken out of our room by the host and we weren’t allowed to double check if we had left anything in there. Felt violated and ruined our experience at this hostel, wouldn’t come back.

I got bedbugs from this place… They have luggage storage but no reception so i was only able to get it stores from 10:30. Woke up with bites on my arms the morning after staying here. Resulted with me having 10 bites overall and throwing my bag out and sanitizing everything. Would not really recommend.

Put a fan in the room for the window at least, the ventilation is terrible. I’m generally fine with no A/C but this was bad

Some good aspects let down by a number of irritating flaws. They don’t tell you in advance there’s no breakfast, despite advertising as a bed and breakfast. Check in process needs to be simpler and easier. Only one shared bathroom was in operation so frequent waits. Cleaner does a good job but owner needs to improve a number of areas mentioned in previous reviews. Good location and reasonable rooms let down by poor customer service.

Not a bed and breakfast! They have a room where you can eat your take away food bu there's no sink microwave, stove, and the fridge wasn't working. I found the Instructions for getting in are a little confusing and the owner didn't seem very polite. In the end, it was a place to sleep.

Awesome value for your money, its clean and modern and a great place to stay

The room itself was great no issues with that, the staff was also lovely. Where this place lacks is in its facilities and it’s value for money . We’ve been travelling for a while now and this was one of the more expensive places we’ve stayed . The common area is lacking general facilities such a microwave, a toaster or any basic other kitchen items… the lack of shared bathrooms had people waiting to use it which was not ideal when people were showering.

Location i great! And the place is clean. But there was never any hot water in the shower. Some cutlery and a fridge in the ”kitchen”, but no way to do dishes and when something was used it was removed by the staff and did not come back for two days. Not so practical when there was only around ten pieces of cutlery from the start, among them only one small spoon. The metal curtain in the kitchen window was broken and permanently down, so no day light could come in. A bit claustrophobic.
