A wonderful hostel for travelers who are looking to enjoy a bit more peace and quiet. It has everything you need, and Tim went above and beyond to be an excellent host. Highly recommended for everyone.

Amazing stay! Although the mixed dorm accommodates up to 8 guests, it’s thoughtfully designed and never feels crowded. The room has two spotless bathrooms, very spacious and comfortable beds, and 3 secure lockers with keys. The location is ideal—quiet and peaceful, just off the main street, 15–20 minutes from the beach, with an excellent restaurant next door. Tin is an outstanding host: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. I also met wonderful people here. Would 100000% recommend.

Great place to stay @ Ao Nang. We booked last minute and Tin welcomed us very well. The house is impressive, the rooms are modern and clean and the location is great. 100% recommended!

Amazing stay at Ao Nang Guesthouse! Tin, the manager, is super friendly, pleasant, and very accommodating. The place is spotless, well-maintained, and in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing yet close to the beach and center. Warm, welcoming atmosphere – felt like home. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was so clean, quiet, and calm. Tin is a fantastic host and went above and beyond for us, even sending us an important left behind item via mail to Bangkok. We can’t thank you enough for that Tin! The location is great as it is just a few minute walk to the main drag and 15 minutes from the beach. The room was clean with a great balcony and view, and the hostel provided a fresh water bottle each day which was an awesome touch! Loved it!

We had an amazing stay in Aonang Guesthouse. The deluxe double room was massive with two balconies. Tin was a very helpful and communicative host. Everything was extremely clean. Feels more like a hotel than a guesthouse!

Really lovely hosts! They were extremely friendly and helpful. The hostel itself is small but amazing. It’s quiet & cozy but I still met kind travelers. The best hostel I stayed at so far.

This was the best hostel I’ve stayed at. Tin and CC were incredible hosts and helped to organise tours, transport and gave great food recommendations. The hostel was calm but still social with comfy, spacious beds and great facilities.

Perfect if you're after a quieter spot! Lovely location in a quiet neighbourhood, with noce restaurants nearby. Tin was extremely helpful, the place was immaculate and the dorm room was one of the best I've stayed in.

Had a great time at the guesthouse. Facilities where clean and met some great people during my stay. I would eat breakfast at the restaurant next door and the neighbors in the area are super friendly. Also walking distance to Aonang beach.

Tin war wirklich ein großartiger Gastgeber! Wenn wir mehr Sterne vergeben könnten, würden wir das sehr gerne tun. Er stand rund um die Uhr mit Tips zur Seite, sei es Transport, Essen oder Aktivitäten. Die Zimmer waren super sauber und top ausgestattet. Es gab jeden Tag eine neue Flasche Wasser und durch die Zimmeraufteilung hat man sich gar nicht wie in einem 8er Schlafsaal gefühlt. Wir würden nächstes mal definitiv wieder kommen.

absolute 10/10. Tin was the best host I've ever had in a hostel, he was so kind and went out of his way to make my stay wonderful. I had some stressful personal stuff going on and he was super kind and so was his wife. the hostel was perfect, so clean, lovely atmosphere and nice little pool. the restaurant next door is next level too. I felt so safe as a female solo traveller. it's super close to all the action but nicely tucked away so it's quiet and calm. would absolutely go back. thanks Tin!

It was a pleasure to meet and be hosted by CC and Tin. They were very welcoming, friendly and informative with my first stay in Ao Nang. Their scuba dive recommendation went well and their food places were legitimately the best. The bed and rooms are comfortable and the cold tub is a nice feature. The guesthouse is centrally located and quiet in the evenings. Highly recommend this place if you're still able to book it.

Tin is the most friendly host, felt very welcomed after a bad experience at a party hostel. You can easily contact him through whatsapp with any questions. Beds were very comfy and ensuite bathroom is nice and clean. It’s a quiet and peaceful hostel but people are social and open for a chat.

Could not fault Aonang Guesthouse! We only stayed for one night as it was a last minute booking so there was very limited availability, but if we could have stayed for 2-3 nights we definitely would have! It was very clean, good facilities, Tin and his wife are so lovely and helpful! As we stayed in a private room, I can’t comment on what the dorms would look like, but our room had the comfiest double bed, a lovely bathroom and a balcony. This should definitely be rated more than a 2 star!
