Pas de matelas déjà, on dors littéralement sur le sommier, la salle de bain est dans la chambre et vous vous douchez assis sur les toilettes en gros, tout est absolument sale, des tonnes de cheveux dans l’évier, dans l’évacuation de la douche, urine partt et le check out est annoncé à midi mais à partir de 9h les agents d’entretien vont venir voir dans votre lit toutes les 30 minutes si vous êtes encore là. Pas trop mal au niveau de la distance depuis la plage à pied ça se fai...
Really nice spacious rooms, for me personally however I do not like hostels where you have to take your shoes off outside, too many people walking barefoot. Also the water just stops working halfway through the day which isn’t the best. The cafe options were great though!
worst hostel yet!😭 very unclean- hair's in the bathroom always, even after the cleaners finish absolute minimum. did not feel comfortable in this hostel- THE BED/mattress is a brick and soo thin. Everyone I met agreed least favourite so far! The bathroom/WET room never seemed to dry resulting in the BEDroom always being wet. I recommend using thicker bigger bathmats- eventually thicker/comfier mattresses. The vibe was not good here. It did not feel friendly or comfortable
Das obere Geschoss roch feucht, Schimmel im Bad und steinharte Matratzen. Würde auf keinen Fall wieder kommen, für eine Nacht war es aushaltbar
Good hostel. A little further from the beach. Overall not a bad hostel, but the mattresses on the beds are very hard. That was the biggest inconvenience for me.
Alpha is definitely great value for money. It’s about a 25 min walk from the beach but it’s nice to walk past the market and shops. There are small lockers for valuables, but not big ones for the bags. Overall a good place to stay!
Staff were great and very helpful with extending my visa. my only complaint here is that the beds are incredibly firm, to the point where it hurts to lie on your side. cracking place otherwise though
sehr schönes hostel. vorallem die besitzer sind extrem nett und kümmern sich um alles. habe meinen reisepass vergessen und die haben ihn mir ohne probleme nachgeschickt:):)
family owned hostel, very sweet people and perfect little hostel!
The staff were nice enough when they were checking you in but when it came to you having an issue they didn’t care. The showers were not nice but it’s a budget hostel. The beds were the worst, they don’t have mattresses on, just hard beds with a comforter. worst sleep of my life. I stayed there 1 night out of necessity. I left on the second night as couldn’t sleep in the bed any longer. I asked for refund on only 1 night I wouldn’t be there, they refused. Despite this, I still left.
Beds feels like ciment
Staff were so lovely and accommodating, the vibes were chill and relaxing, location was abit out the way . My only complaint is that the bed was very squeaky and shaky and very hard.
The structure of the bed was very poor so you could notice the bed shaking a lot every time a person would go in the upper part. The curtain felt while I was there and the had to fix it. The door of the balcony was broken and could not be opened. The bathrooms were dirty and the tap was full of rust. Also there were insects in the floor and still you were forced to walk barefoot. Also the location is not good, you have a great walk to the beach and there is nothing in that area.
Good Value for money, you get what you pay for
Booked 2 nights here and ended up staying for 4. I was in the private room with no balcony which was good for the price. The property was quiet but still managed to meet some nice people. The iced coffee is amazing! The owners are super nice and they have a cute dog. I felt safe here as a solo female traveller. It’s a bit of a walk from the main street but that meant it was quieter here. Would stay again :)
Vraiment pas top… salle de bain très basiques dans le dortoir. Ce ne sont pas de vrais lits mais plusieurs couettes les unes sur les autres donc on sent vraiment tout. Pas isolé du tout….
Was there for 3 weeks -- everything's lovely! The people are nice, they have free drinking water, it's a nice peaceful laid back place (exactly what I wanted). Don't go here if you want something more "lively". Also the doggo and the kitties were very cute
You get what you pay for so it’s definitely value for money. The dorm beds didn’t really have mattresses. They were like duvets folded to become a mattress. Not a social hostel either if you want to meet people
The staff are lovely, it’s a great, family-run place. The dorms are decent and reasonably priced. The location was a bit far out for me and it’s a shame they didn’t have lockers for valuables. I was looking for somewhere quiet for a good nights sleep and this did the trick, although it was a shame to hear so many traffic sounds from my room.
The family that runs the hostel is very nice and there is a terrace to chill out. The hostel is a little bit far from the beach. The rooms are ok but the bathroom was always a little bit smelly.
