City Backpackers Hostel

The hostel has a really nice, welcoming, and connecting atmosphere. The staff is friendly and very helpful. A single room (or three bed room for oneself) has no windows and is located right in front of the toilets, which makes it noisy during night. While this isn't too bad, I experienced the room quite expensive under these conditions. Still I can strongly recommend to stay at this hostel.

It was a good stay. The only thing would be the luggage room is down stairs with alot of stairs. The either thing is the shower spaces are limited, and have to sometimes go out of the way to use them. Which can be a bit difficult. Otherwise, it was an overall pleasant stay. Clean environments, close to everything.

Nice hostel in the heart of the city. Close to Gamla Stan and other important sights. I enjoyed my stay there

The hostel itself is nice, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean, but my friend and I received sheets that were a bit linty and had hair on them.

This Hostel is not missing a single thing, which makes a hostel a great hostel! The atmosphere is so friendly and chill, which concerns the staff as well as the guests. Common rooms and bedrooms are very clean. There's even a well equiped kitchen, which allows to prepare your own meals. Overall, I can highly recommend to stay at the City Backpackers Hostel, when visiting Stockholm!

Pros: Overall nice. People and staff there are friendly. They host events in the evening. They have many rooms, bathrooms, toilets, a large kitchen, and nice common areas. Cons: The facilities are of really low quality: - The beds are squeaky and annoying at night. - The shower rooms are a mess. You *cannot* balance between overhead shower sprinkler or the handheld shower head. The water is a mess. - You need your own lock for the lockers. - Late arrival instructions are like an escape ro...

Very social hostel. They organised a music quiz and a live comedy night. The bar was nice but closed at 8pm. Staff were really friendly. Dorms could do with bed curtains and somewhere to hang a towel.

Excellent hostel! Met lots of great people there. It's nice that they have a bar section as well. The staff are very friendly. Unfortunately I had 3 playing card decks stolen there but that's not the hostel's fault as I left them on a table in the common area for a bit. Bring a lock!

Loved staying here! Staff was helpful and friendly,. It was our favorite Hostel we stayed at through our entire European trip ❤️ the location is easy to get to from the central station and walking distance to shopping, and tourist areas while still having a calm and peaceful ambiance.

Amazing hostel, I loved my time here! Everything in my experience was great and it has a proper community vibe - I met some really lovely people. Shoutout Wilma behind the bar for the great playlist.

everything was great, the vibe was incredibly good! you can really feel a unique atmosphere there. the staff were very polite and friendly, hope to visit again!

Hostel is pretty big. Means that it's a bit hard to meet people because no one even greets each other. Sauna is nice gets around 70°C. My shoes got switched up but the receptionist didn't really care and just said that I have to be patient. So definitely take your shoes in your room!!!

Decent place, but they charged a lot of fees for things like luggage storage and bedding

The best thing to do was having a sauna after a long day at the streets of Stockholm. Nice Stuff. Thank you for the stay.

Top Hostel would 100% recommend

Fantastic hostel in great location! Great English-speaking staff. Spacious self-catering kitchen with mostly IKEA kitchenware. Keypad security throughout. Great after-hours check-in. Showers have heated floors. My only criticism is the room doors have zort-of-opaque windows. The room is never really dark.
