Such a great place to stay at. It has everything you need, plus the location and the activities every night in lobby. There is big chance you’ll make friends for life in this hostel

Great spot! Just not ideal for solo female travelers for getting to at night.

Loved my stay. It’s walkable from central station and the hostel felt modern, clean. Staff are super friendly. I felt well taken care of. Breakfast was delicious. I would totally come back here again next time I’m in Stockholm!

Poor excuse of a hostel. Zero atmosphere. All the advertised activities didn’t even happen. Bathrooms in the rooms although you then had no access to a power point outside the room if you wanted to blow dry your hair. Quite annoying that you can’t consume your own food in the common area. I stayed on a Saturday night and the bar downstairs played loud music until 2am making it impossible to sleep. Wouldn’t really consider it a hostel.

Had a great stay here at Generator Stockholm. It was in a great location and a short walk away from everything, such as the central station and shops - and conveniently a 7-11 opposite! Staff were very helpful, especially when I reported that there was an issue with the toilet in the ensuite bathroom and promptly fixed it. Only complaint is that the room was stiflingly hot at night - definitely bring light/short pyjamas!

Super hostel

Would recommend a stay here, nice and close to Stockholm Central which connects to everything and still plenty of options in walking distance. Nice and clean, would have loved some curtains on the bunks however I used a towel and covered enough.

Poor experience, avoid this place in Stockholm. They have a good marketing and that's why they are famous, employers asks for leaving a good review and this justifies their fame. Toilets are very dirty, rooms are noisy as u can hear everything happening in the building. You need to pay even for breathing inside, if you wanna leave your luggage after checkout they will charge you. Their events aren't socials at all, like they broadcast a movie In Swedish without any subtitles.

Loved this hostel. Breakfast was good. Very comfortable beds.

Kanonläge och supertrevlig personal!

I stayed in a 6 bed mix dorm. All three bottom bunks were occupied by people who were over 60 years old and obviously living there. Two of which were loud and disruptive at all hours. One person spoke full volume on their phone from 2245-0345 while laying in their bed. Another below me was coughing and spitting mucus into a garbage can they had dragged to their bedside. I got approximately 7 hours of sleep total and I stayed 3 nights.

Fantastisch hostel. Ontbijt was erg lekker en personeel vriendelijk. Kamers waren prima en schoon.

There was a big lack of common areas to use for us, no place to sit and eat your own food, the only places to sit where the bar and the restaurant, where sou had to buy food or drinks. No real oppurtunities to meet other people, no working spaces or chillout areas. Staff was very friendly though and the rooms were clean. Seems more like a low budget hotel than a hostel to me.

Leider gab es für mich zu viele Schulkassen. Und leider waren auch einige Einquartiert auf meiner Etage, daher war es auch in der Nacht laut. Frühstück und auch die Gegend ums Hostel herum war super.

I chose the mix bedroom, and any bed had private curtines. Good place, good staff, good location, but they should care the private and conform side of the accommodation.

Schöne Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Leider war Abends nicht so viel los im Hostel und die Toiletten im Flur ziemlich dreckig gewesen. Aber die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ruhig. Nur ein Badezimmer ist aber einer gewissen Zimmergröße zu wenig :/

The hostel was really good, as someone who was travelling solo, I felt really safe and the girls in my room were lovely. The common room and the hangout space was very nice.

Wouldn’t usually be reviewing but this hostel was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. Hair in all the beds, weird stains everywhere, even found a toenail in my bed :// bathroom is awful situation should’ve read more reviews. Also someone managed to get into our room with their keycard in middle of night.. wouldn’t recommend but decent location.
