This city Lodge should be removed from site. All other people are like zombie , don't know what they eat and drink. I was in terrible trauma even after upgrading to personal room . It is in basement and smell for bed bug treatment. Not recommended to solo trippers.

To have to walk another 6 blocks with my bag with vague directions to get to the actual place where I was supposed to be sleeping was at best, poor. The staff were less than pleasant. Everything was quite dated and although it looked clean I came away with itchy welts that I now identify as bedbugs,. I remember seeing the bugs on my bed, they were quite large and when you squeezed them they stunk, After research I realized that they were big and slow moving because they were full of my blood.🤬

To say that this place is disgusting is the understatement of the century. Dirty kitchen, dirty rooms, I found bugs in the bed. Unsanitary conditions all over the place. No ventilation, bad smell. It's hot bed for contagious diseases. I cannot believe the Stockholm authorities do not shut it down. You'll be better off spending the night sleeping on a park bench.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon checking in, I discovered that the beds were infested with bedbugs, making it impossible to stay. I immediately left and found another hotel. Thankfully, the staff was very friendly and understanding, offering a full refund with no issues. The bathroom looked recently renovated, but the beds were outdated and in poor condition. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until they resolve the bedbug problem and update the rooms.

Card payment broken, so was charged a little more in Euro. I paid for two bedsheets, of which one set had dried blood and black spots on it.Had one blanket too little, because it was still in dryer. Just before ten the dryer was still running and staff desk empty.Still no blanket, needed squeezing in one bed cause air conditioning was cold (no room has window). Toilet basic, atmosphere creepy, bed bugs, lights very bright and cold, hallway loud, no elevator for luggage.For 80€/2 too expensive!

The hostel is not like the description or the pictures. I booked 3 nights and left after the first night. In the hostel where mostly old mens, it was noisy, it was not allowed to close the door. The men were talking about me, travelling as a solo women and staying at this place. Someone told me to watch my stuff al the time, otherwise it will get stolen. There were also bedbugs i had some bites after the night. I would Not recommend it.

I travel a lot and I have seen lots of kinds of hostels but this was definitely the worst of them all, it’s always noisy, it smells terrible, there are no available lockers probably because they were taken by homelesses, this hostel is more like the homeless shelter full of suspicious people, many people were complaining about bedbugs. Avoid this place at all costs, there are bunch of much better places at similar price. I’d rather sleep on a bench than in this place.

This is not a hostel, it is a homeless shelter. I don’t suggest you stay here but if you do never leave your stuff unattended. Know that they will charge you extra for the sheets. And most likely your bed will have bed bugs. The rooms are not really rooms more like divisions by curtains. 20 euros a night for a homeless shelter is overpriced in my opinion.

do not book this hostel it is full of bedbugs Staff extremely rude to the point they are verbally abusive and show aggression to intimidate you if you ask for a refund I waited 12 hours for a refund and only received 500 sek for 3nights. The place is more like a homeless shelter and is full of 40-50-year-old men. Awful vibes very uncomfortable atmosphere. please consider booking somewhere else or holding off your trip to find somewhere better as unfortunately you will not be happy.Pleasestaysafe

In the room I sleptfor five nights were lot of bed-bugs! Until I realized what it was, it was already to late! I have uncountable bites all over my body! And they are itchy very heavy! Even if the man on the reception has known about, he put people into this room! Many stayed one or two nights only! They didn’t realize like me at the beginning! After The forth night I was sure, I saw them! For the last nightingale the end I got another room! Not burning lights and dirty floors, are normal!

Slept in a broken bed, paid for a 4 person dorm but was moved to 10 person dorm without compensation because someone was sleeping in our bed, lost a t-shirt that staff took and lost, and both rooms had bed bugs.

If you want to be surrounded 50+ local Swedish people. Come this place. I got lost of my facial wash, and a bit harrassment from the LONG-TERM stay guests in this hostel. Staff doesn't speak fluent English and the room is dirty!!! Location is cool but if only you don't sleep on the bed with bed bugs. Stay away from the 6-girl dorm

Noche de horror!! Llegamos y de entrada nos descompuso el mal olor, la suciedad de una especie de cocina y mucha gente extraña y maloliente paseándose, nos entregaron una cama arriba y una abajo en otro camarote, el de abajo sin soporte por lo que la mitad del colchón estaba en el suelo, y lo peor que merece más atención, los chinches, o bedbugs, habían de todos los tamaños en el colchón, los fotografié, es una estafa y el dueño quedó en devolver las dos noches restantes, pero nunca recibí nada

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Foolishly I went on price an did not check reviews… You have to pay for bed linen, bedrooms are in a dungeon downstairs no air or windows, facility’s are filthy, mattress is barely a mattress its so uncomfortable but the worst thing even after all that is I got covered in bites from bed bugs. 3 days later an they look horrible an so itchy. The reviews say this problem so it is my own fault. Absolutely covered in them. Please pay a few extra € £ $ an stay elsewhere. Other room mates said stuff had been stolen as well. Please please do not spend you money here. Stockholm is beautiful but this spoilt my stay.

The worst place to stay, the room are infested with beg bugs, the dorm room is dirty and smells so bad , The people who rent the dorm room look like the homeless people , always drunk and doesn’t feel safe being around. Do not stay there! The money isn't worth it! Not only very dirty and a place to stay for homeless, but also every room has BEDBUGS!!!! The owner doesn't care and wants more money to even change rooms because of them (the other room was also full of bedbugs, so didn't help either) Would NEVER do it again!!! There were bed bug, the place was moldy, I feel like my stuff would have been stolen if I did not have a 20 different lock. This was gross.
