Le personnel est sympa et l’établissement est propre et proche du centre ville. Je recommande.

I loved my stay in the hostel. It’s absolutely budget friendly and staffs were really nice. I met many like minded people. I wish I could stay there for longer. I loved the dog in the property very well trained and clam. I definitely would visit again ❤️

Reception was closed 12–3, so I arranged self check-in by email. They said my key would be in a lockbox, but it wasn’t. I waited outside until a girl came out. I thought she was another guest because after I vented my situation, she just left. Later I found out she was staff who didn't bother helping get me my key. The place smelled awful, rooms were cramped and dirty, with dead bugs and dust. Toilets were tiny and unhygienic, with one disgusting shared towel to dry hands. Not worth it.

Rooms themselves were ok besides not being able to open the window because it was broken. Having an en-suite sink and shower was nice but the shower was kind of scary and each floor had a single tiny toilet, one for men and one for women. The common area was pretty small with really old couches, overall things felt pretty cramped in an old run down building.

Buen hostal, Para ser perfecto le falta la relación calidad-precio.

The bedrooms are full of dust. There were stains on the bed frame of the bed I slept on. The window in our room was broken and the room smelled horrible and there was no means of ventilation. Additionally, the reception area smelled horrible, some sort of cheese smell… Be prepared to pay almost 39 euros a night for something that should be 15. They also had a shared hand towel in the female toilets… so you’re saying all the females use the same towel? Recoltong.

Atendentes gentis, aceitam guardar bagagem e fazer check in antecipado se o quarto já estiver limpo. Chuveiro dentro do quarto mas privativos são compartilhados no andar, não foi um grande problema.

great hostel with good social vibe, great for making friends with other guests and the volunteer staff :)

Insgesamt ein sehr sympathisches Hostel mit Bar und nettem Außenbereich:) Super Küche! Die Zimmer und Toiletten sind nicht mehr unbedingt in einem super Zustand, aber wenn man sich daran nciht stört, wird man hier glücklich.

O hostel fica a quinze minutos do city center, a zona parece segura e a staff foi simpática. Os lençóis e fronhas estavam limpos mas o travesseiro e a cama cheiravam muito forte a suor. Havia um mosquito morto na parede do banheiro e esteve já pelos dois dias da minha estadia, Limpeza geral nao era boa, nao havia sanita no banheiro do quarto.

Stayed in the private room so this may be a little swayed. But the staff was helpful! And the deal on bike rentals from the hostel was awesome.

Kitchen, fridge, & food storage was nice. Not much going on at the hostel, but really nice bike rental. Overall fairly clean but the bathroom was not! The shower curtain didn’t touch the floor so there was water everywhere and so much hair and dirt on the floor. It was like that when I arrived and I stayed for 3 nights and it hadn’t been cleaned during that time. Also may have been mold on the curtain and ceiling. But besides the bathroom it was a nice place to stay and good location.

I enjoyed my time here. Big terrace with a bar, great vibe. Provides all the hostel essentials. Fair price for the accommodation prices in Annecy. Thank you for everything :)

i was skeptical because of some of the reviews but i actually really liked this hostel. it was full of cool people who all liked adventuring the kitchen was good, free coffee and tea (no milk but that’s okay) you can rent bikes which was really cool :) the bathrooms were fine the beds were clean and comfy and the reception staff were really nice and helpful there were some cool clothes markets right next door which was very cool too
