HelloBCN Hostel

Not one of the most festive hostels, but th staff was great and the place as a whole was organized and clean. Great location as well right by the metro.

Great hostel in a central location. The dorm was clean, and there are plenty of bathrooms located outside the room. Plus, the metro is ( Paral-el station) right by the Apollo theatre. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I definitely would stay here again. If you land in Sants train station, take green line metro to Paral-el. This hostel is behind the Apollo theatre. I definitely recommend this place.

Molto meglio di quello che pensassi. Stanza da 6 ben distribuita, con locker personali attivabili con la chiave (orologino da polso). Letto a castello comodo, anche le scalette. Pulizia buona in generale, anche nei bagni in corridoio. Unica pecca, le strade attorno completamente distrutte dai lavori in corso, cantieri a cielo aperto ovunque e percorsi pedonali obbligatori (colpa del comune, non di certo della struttura)

I liked the hostel a lot however when I booked the beds were marketed as having a privacy curtain (they didn’t) and also the shower was a bit strange with a button you push (or hold down) to turn the water on. While I’m sure this saves water it makes showering incredibly difficult and much more time consuming as the water is unable to keep a constant temperature.

Really modern facilities. Good location for getting to and from the airport. Lots of activities. Good kitchen

Um hostel que foi uma agradável surpresa. Muito tranquilo, organizado e seguro. Muito limpo e higiénico. O staff muito simpático e profissional. Excelente ambiente. Localização, muito perto das Ramblas.

Good for a quick stay. The wifi didn’t always work. All in all it was a nice experience

The hostel was good. Vibe was okayish!. There was just one issue that I had faced, which was an early check in. In my opinion, the bed was empty even though I wasn't provided one.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Hostel ist für Barcelona sehr sauber und Social. Der pub crawl ist ein wenige teuer und es wäre cool wenn die Bar in der Lobby mehr bewirtet werden würde. Ansonsten sehr gut :)

One flaw at this hostel. There must be mold in the vents or something because my entire group got sick during the night as we slept, but felt better once we got fresh air during the day. My asthma was very irritated by the air in the room and I was struggling to breathe if the windows weren't open at night. I heard other people complaining about the air quality too. Besides that the facilities were clean, people were respectful, beds had privacy curtains and charges, there were clean lockers, a...

I got it because it was the cheapest hostel I could find. While it was fine you get what you pay for.

Great hostel, location is difficult to get together due to the massive amount of construction happening in Barcelona. Clean, well organized, diversity in guest, walkable to La rambla, restaurants, bars, shops and public transportation.

Amazing place! Very friendly, one of the best hotels in barcelona! Very clean and near to the pararel street, there you gonna find the subway line 3 and then you can reach many places. A big hug for Rodrigo, the guy from reception, amazing person and Very attentive a big hug for him. The unique bad thing is the noise, maybe because the walls are thin so you the door from the other room shakes your room, but this is a small detail on other hands amazing place.

You get what you pay for… it’s obviously not a hotel. There were some noise issues the first two nights. Staff is helpful, the location was ok and not too far from the metro. There are a few decent coffee shops and restaurants in the area. While we were there the City was working outside on the street sewer system so there was a smell.

Really lovely hostel. Haven’t seen many people in the common areas. Very clean, secured and friendly staff as well.

HelloBCN Hostel Review I had a lovely stay! The hostel is exceptionally clean, especially the kitchen, which is well-organised and easy to use. The staff were incredibly helpful, and it’s brilliant value for money. The only downside is that the rooms are noisy; you can hear everything from next door. Also, there are roadworks outside causing a bit of a pong (sewage smell). It’s not the hostel's fault, but worth bearing in mind. Overall, a solid 8/10 for Barcelona!
