Horrible. The staff is not helpful at all.
The staff and guests were all extremely rude and made the stay quite unpleasant. There was a point that the front desk staff insisted we were not guests, so showed him our key cards but he found that I sufficient and demanded IDs. We showed him, and obviously were verified as guests, but he offered no apologies for his behavior. Although the showers were cleaned every morning, there was an excess of mold build up. I watched someone get stabbed in the neck one block over as well.
The experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Mistakes can happen, but the way they are handled makes all the difference and in this case, the level of customer service fell very short.
The front end staff are really good and friendly. They spoke English so did the bartender. Apparently there is no drinking in the kitchen area so I was firmly told by security as I was having a beer... other staff were not friendly..showers in the women's dorm was challenging as it was very hard to get a medium temperature. Beds are comfortable...buffet breakfast was good.
- Sauberkeit von Gemeinschaftsraum, Duschen und Waschbecken mangelhaft - Zimmer sind sehr stickig, die Fenster können nicht eigenständig geöffnet werden (zumindest eine Kippfunktion wäre dringend notwendig) - ein paar Stühle in den Zimmern wären auch schön, man möchte sich ja nicht unbedingt mit den Straßenklamotten ins Bett setzen - zubuchbares Frühstück ist eine Frechheit (wenig Auswahl in schlechter Qualität, Geschirr ist nicht richtig sauber, dreckige/klebrige Tische, Hygiene ...
It’s a true party hostel. I would have preferred a calmer environment and more accommodating stafff.
As a first time solo traveler, I enjoyed my stay here. Good value for money, good vibes and friendly/helpful staff.
I really loved staying here! The hostel is in a great location and there are fun activities that you can get involved in. The shower facilities weren’t the best but overall everything was clean, and I liked that the beds had curtains!

Deberían poner baño en el cuarto, mínimo para hacer pis, abrir ventanas para ventilar el cuarto durante la noche
St Christopher's was really fun, highly recommend. Curtains on the beds and the welcome meetings are a big plus. Ana and Sophia are the best staff ever and really cool. They go around all night making the guests feel welcome and are super genuine and fun.
The dormitories have curtains so you have an element of privacy, They do welcome meetings too and Belushi cocktail nights . You have to book at reception , they could offer it by email though as reception is very busy . Security is really good and you have a locker under your bed so take a padlock but they offer renting one at reception. Showers are OK, old ones but they work .
Loved this hostel. Very clean, felt very safe, and would totally stay here again!

Staff in reception are not helpful and un approachable, others not smiling. But some are ok. Keys are always not working, needs to activate many times. The kettle was dirty, it looks was not clean for very long time. I literally throw my water after using it. The hall way they dont check till 3am people standby and chatting, some can hear. Feels uncomfortable you wanna go washroom and see this people at 3am in the hall way chatting loudly.
First of all no pillow. The blanket is not a good quality. The showers r very small. No hair dryer. The staff in the reception don't know what they r doing. They r not professional. They gave same bed as another lady .even I chose not mixed room.do I had to come down to ask the reception to change the room but he asked me to go to check if there is an empty bed.this is not my job. It's really unbelievable.
