Generator Barcelona

Booked a female dorm, but the Reception confused a booking and a guy landed in our room. After they could not resolve it by the 3rd night, I asked to pay me back the extra fee for the female room… well i never got it. Some of the reception were really nice and helpful, but i think thats so rude, that i did not even get my money back for the extra fee.

El local es muy animoso, tiene ambientes de integración y actividades que me parecen muy bien orientadas para el usuario joven y sociable. Para el descanso resulta un poco complicado pues puede oírse el ruido de otras habitaciones contiguas y el espacio entre camarotes es bastante angosto pero funciona. Pienso que para unas cuantas noches es muy buena opción sobre todo si uno es de sueño profundo.

Old, dirty,building. toilet seat, no curtains. Running and noise in the hall, late at night. Security should have shut it down. More expensive then most. Too many young kids clogging up the lobby. Man on front desk was not very agreeable. Had to wait to 3 pm for room. I arrived from cruise ship at 10 am. the worst part. Every time a person turned around in the shower, body hit water handle moving it to freezing cold or scalding hot. Not fun. Elevator slow and not dependable. Location great.

El baño incómodo, muy chicos los espacios, la limpieza mala, un día no limpiaron el piso en una habitación de 6 llena. Los colchones muy malos. En el desayunador se nos subió una cucachara a la mesa y está como abandonado, no condice con la estética del edificio en general. No puedo creer q tengan un locker pago, es la primera vez q tengo q pagar x ello en un alojamiento. La ubicación es excelente.

- J’ai essayé le self check in + supplément early check in (5€) à 12h mais ça n’a pas fonctionné - l’homme à l’accueil me dit que c’est pas possible, pas su comprendre pourquoi, il avait l’air exaspéré et je sentais que je l’ennuyais. -Salle n°1 de locker, l’écran propose que des petits compartiments, j’ai perdu bcp de temps avant qu’on me dise d’aller salle 2 - Il y avait un chien dans la chambre partagée c’est dégueulasse, surveillez vos résidents svp...

Emplacement parfait mais moins de propreté

Quarto minúsculo, chuveiro quase não cabe um ser humano, pior quarto q já fiquei.

No me gustó mucho, el alojamiento estaba sucio, mi cajonera de cama estaba rota por lo cual no se podía cerrar y eso me generó mucha inseguridad al momento de salir No me parecieron tan amables el personal No volvería, la zona si es linda pero hay muchos mejores en ella

Muito limpo, ambiente super divertido, staff maravilhoso (João você arrasa!) e muito perperto de tudo, seja a pé ou com os meios de transporte público.

Super modern hostel with great facilities. Location is literally perfect, just a few minutes walk from a metro stop. The area felt safe and there’s loads of 24/7 shops around which is very handy. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Would deffo stay again!

Good location, cool people, clean. Very good value.

Staff is really friendly and location is good. But you get the feeling that it is kind of a money grab. Smallest room possible with a slightly worn touch, 3 euro a coke from the vending machine and a lot of extras you can pay for. The atmosphere is not really comfy. All in all ok but not great.

Really good place to stay, either in the hostel or the hotel, the atmosphere was amazing, the place is clean, friendly and really well located, you can walk everywhere! 10/10 and the check in was really easy, I would stay again!

Good place overall

Great staff and location! Unfortunately, during our 2-day stay, several of us started feeling unwell (allergy symptoms, sore throats, and rashes). We later noticed visible mold buildup in the shower area, which may have contributed. I’d recommend addressing this for guest health and comfort.

this is the worst experience i had in a hostel, i could accepte everything, but to not sleep well is a very bad thing, The bed is sunken and you ache all over your body. i give 1 stars

Staff was amazing and attentive. As for the atmosphere, all of the soccer players running around in the hallways, banging on doors, yelling, and crowding the space was very annoying especially when trying to rest. The bathroom light always turns off after a minute of being in there. The bathroom on my level was dirty and the one downstairs in the buffet area was filthy with stains everywhere and the trashcan overflowing. The staff were amazing and the building has potential if it was cleaned.
