Airport Hotel Mayank Residency

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. No customer service or understanding. The rooms are infested with cockroaches and the owner/workers know this and do nothing about it. Also the pictures used online are not the actual rooms, deceiving and dishonest. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, avoid avoid avoid

Katastrophe. Bin nach mehreren Monaten Backpacken echt nicht zimperlich was sauberkeit angeht, aber das war schon echt grob. Überall Kakerlaken (auch im Bett und in den Laken), Kopfkissenbezug und Bettlaken voller Flecken hnd Krümel, Urin in der Toilette, Bad offensichtlich seid mehrern Besuchen nicht geputzt....

I’m not one to speak badly about a place, but I feel like I need to warn other travelers about this hostel/hotel. Yes, there are cockroaches. Yes, the toilet doesn’t flush, the bathroom light doesn’t work, and honestly, I didn’t even bother trying the shower because I had already given up by then. Very disappointed with this hotel. I made a reservation with this hotel many weeks ago and they only cancelled the reservation on the way to the hotel at 03:30 in the morning after a 13 hour flight. There was no prior cancellation notice. I feel like it was a s**m organised between the taxi driver and the hotel as we had to end up paying a huge fee for a hotel in Jaipur. Tourists being taken advantage of. Oh and have not received my deposit back either. this was 4 days ago

It's not a hostel, it's a hotel where we didn't feel welcomed! The stuff was unfriendly and it's not made to meet other travelers there. We booked a four bed room and one of us needed to sleep on a mattress on the floor. The bedsheets were dirty and we had cockroaches in the washroom.

Das Personal war sehr nett, die Zimmer und das Bad sauber. Allerdings die Wolldecken wirkten schmuddelig. Es war schade, dass es keinen Aufenthaltsraum oder eine Terrasse gab, wo man sich auch mit anderen Gästen hätte austauschen können. Der Shuttle zum Flughafen früh um 4.30 klappte prima und war kostenfrei.

Please don’t book here!!! Neighbourhood is very unsafe (even for Delhi) and staff gave me the creeps. Room & bed were very dirty and the pictures do NOT resemble the reality AT ALL. There also was no running water from the toilet or shower - mind you, not only no hot running water but not even cold water as well. The inside lock on the door was poor and looked like it could break upon any impact. Also a lot of men shouting in the hallway during the night. 1st thing I did was look up police no.

you get what you pay, got what you need but could be cleaner

There where insects on the room that sting me and I couldn't sleep well.

There were cochroach in the room and bugs and the bed, so I will not use this airport hotel again. However the staff was very nice and helpfull. The road next the hotel is a bit noisy. However it is not that bad. The room service food is expensive and disappointing. However the hotel really needs to clean the rooms.
