Alternative Creative Youth Hostel

This location was not for disability friendly cuz of the voice speaker that the hearing impairment people who can't hear the ring system for them to enter this hostel, even other disability people who have wheelchair/blind due to the small elevator. the location is difficult and complex to find where the hostel as what we saw 3rd floor because of the poster sign and the hostel customer front door say its first floor. the shower don't have hooked for clothes. night staff -lack of customer service

Good location but not a good hostel. They take a deposit from you upon arrival which isn’t mentioned when or before booking. The rooms do not have locks, the toilets and showers are tiny and do not lock properly, and there is nowhere to place your clothes when showering without them getting wet. The staff are quiet and a lot of the guests were much older than their specified age limit - definitely not a youth hostel!

Amanda was the friendliest there, all the employees were very nice. My review is for the fact that the soap dispensers 3 out of 4 didn't work and eventually all ran out of soap during the week, one shower, and toilet were inoperational, and one of the two showers that did work the door could barely close due to water damage. Also, they don't do any planned activities as stated here on Hostelworld.

solid stay, as advertised its not a party hostel by any means, so somewhat lacking social aspect but facilities/staff/location are perfect
