Gut für eine Nacht, aber KEINE KÜCHE und nicht sehr sozial. Man hat außerdem kein eigenes Leselicht oder Ähnliches, aber alles in allem war’s ein guter Aufenthalt.

Se paga por lo que se recibe. Cumple si necesitas pasar una o dos noches. En resumen, está ok en términos de “calidad/precio”

Everything was ok. It would’ve been perfect with a small kitchen with a microwave and utensils. Otherwise, worth it anyway.

Really strange hostel, in terms of location and cleanliness it’s perfect but there is no any kitchen equipment, even a boiler or a fridge. The wifi wasn’t that great as well so if you have work to do then it’s better to use your connection.

Fine hostel it was more of the bathroom and expect the hallway of the hostel at night to be dark. One of the showers the head is loose so you have to hold it the whole time. The outlet situation wasn’t fun either with no space for charging your phone near you.

Ottimo come ostello per dormire per qualche giorno, appunto come giusto sia un ostello, il personale è disponibile ed efficiente e la zona è ottima

Sono rimasta sorpresa in senso positivo da quest’ostello, che è meglio in realtà che sulle foto. La mia esperienza è stata soddisfacente: ho soggiornato nel dormitorio femminile, dove era incluso anche l’armadietto. L’ostello è molto sicuro, la posizione in città è ottima, a 5 minuti dalla Piazza Maggiore, il personale gentilissimo e la pulizia è adeguata nei bagni e soddisfacente nelle camere. Ci tornerei volentieri!

I only stayed one night but it was decent! Friendly/understanding staff, clean bathrooms, and everything else was great. For the price i paid it was absolutely worth it!

We were not very pleased with our experience at the hostel overall. Location was fine. We were a bit late on arrival and strict check in window meant that they charged us for the whole night - despite the fact the terms listed an late check in option available for 10 EUR. When I requested this with fair notice, staff were unhelpful and denied request with no explanation. Left us out of pocket and stuck in the new city. Towel was dirty with dried mucus and bed was not comfy. Wouldn't retur...

Muy buen servicio, todo muy limpio. La habitación privada estaba muy bien para quedarse una noche

The receptionist was very rude, and the owner was also impolite. After I checked out, I came back to use the bathroom. I told them, “I will just close the zipper of my bag and then I’ll leave,” but the receptionist answered in a rude way and said she wouldn’t allow it. When I told them this is not a good way to treat guests, they started arguing with us and raising their voices. They were really disrespectful. The bed sheets and towels were dirty. The bathroom and toilet were not clean. ...

La mia stanza era divisa da quella accanto con una parete di vetro, quindi si sentiva ogni conversazione e la sera non era piacevole. I bagni erano spesso pieni di acqua nel pavimento e c'erano asciugamani senza padrone. L'unica cosa positiva è che è vicinissima al centro e a 15/20min dalla stazione, va bene se si è di passaggio e non c'è altra scelta

The house is located very central! It's not even 5 minutes to the main square! The staff was very nice and friendly! The room we were staying was clean, just the bathrooms (you share them with both female/male) have not been that clean. Also on the website they told us the reception closes at 19:00 and than they write us a message it´s 17:00.

Very well located. Unfortunately check-in is possible only in particular moments and not after 7p.m. which makes everything more difficult. Not particularly cozy or clean, but it's ok if you stay there for a short time and you just need a place to sleep. In my opinion it's a bit too expensive for beeing an hostel for what it's offering

The place was dingy, not clean, and stunk. The reception hours are so horrible that you cannot communicate with an employee when you need to. And the locks do not work. I felt very uncomfortable with the dirtiness of the place, and some other people in my mixed dorm room, but the reception had left and I could not contact them. Overall it is more of a dungeon, and not a hostel.

A great location in terms of where in the city you are, but the hostel itself leaves a bit to be desired. No air conditioning (which is normal in italy) but makes the rooms feel awfully stuffy.

Staff was great and very helpful. Unfortunatelly the kitchen was completely unavailable and many things were just out of order. Luckily the toilets and some showers are still functional, although not exactly appealing. That said, the location is fantastic and Bologna too. I still consider returning even to this hostel as I find it cost-effective (in comparison to other offers).

Poor value for money. Limited check-in hours, outdated & dirty facilities with only three bathrooms, and dorms that can’t be locked. No AC, rooms are hot, and street noise makes sleep difficult. Luggage storage advertised but unavailable due to absent staff.
