Dubai Hostel Backpackers

L'adresse ne correspond pas du tout à l'adresse de l'auberge j'ai dû tourner en voiture et demander autre de moi, pour enfin savoir qu'ils avaient déménagé dans un nouvel immeuble. C'est sale, il y a des cafards, odeur nauséabonde...je ne recommande pas du tout.

I reserved a hoostel i dubai through this app (backpackers)when I arrived i found my 6beds and pay for that .found beds not empty but there are persons sleeping on beds and i take a vedio to prove this behavior without honesty and fraud and contact with your app by WhatsApp and make along conversation and no one answer me or refund the fees .so if any one ask about this app I didn’t suggest it and make bad review

This hotel does not exist, I arrived at the building and no one knew it and they did not answer the calls, I wrote to WhatsApp for a refund and they did not refund either. I want my refund.

Literally the worst hostel I've ever been. Small dirty rooms, rude staff, the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen, worst even than bus station toilets, and bed bugs, A LOT OF BED BUGS. And they didn't take card and only told me at the check-in moment.
