Hostel El Patio

I stayed in a private room. The room was clean and the sheets were very soft. The outdoor space is amazing! I loved relaxing in the hammock under the canopy of the mature trees. The location of the hostel is good. It’s close to restaurants, stores, the beach, and marina. There’s not a whole lot to do in this small town but it’s a nice place to wind down and relax. The staff were very friendly. My only suggestion is that the showers need a good cleaning.

I had an excellent stay at El Patio. The accomodation was always clean and tidy with all the amenities you can expect from a hostel. The decor is awesome, especially in the courtyard area where the canopy of trees lays. Plenty of showers with hot water and good water pressure, plus great kitchen facilities. Amazing place in an amazing town! quieter town outside Vallarta but still has everyone you need and want. Ended out coming back 2 weeks later

Stayed here for three nights, two nights in a shared dorm and one night in a private room. Both were awesome. I wish we could stay longer and would recommend this to anyone travelling through La Cruz. The Punta Mita bus is 17 pesos from the top of the street to La Lancha surf break. Super accessible, great town, great value for money. We loved the patio vibe outside:)
