Die Dame war sehr lieb, aber hat leider kein Engkisch gesprochen. Die Unterkunft war zum übernachten völlig ausreichend, also mein sollte keinen Luxus erwarten. Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung.
The location is very good, just a few minutes from the arena on foot. They also provide a parking permit for the surrounding streets so you can avoid the expensive parking lots. The owner is friendly and helpful. However, the apartment itself was quite messy and run down. The owner lives there herself and there is a lot of stuff stored everywhere. The bed linen and towels should also be replaced. For the price, it should be much cleaner and better presented.
Great location with very simple standard. Odd and very small towels, no door to bathroom, staff friendly but only speaks Italian, check-in time not updated online, door to balcony will not open, quite messy entrance area and no breakfast.

La anfitriona fue muy amable aunque no hablara inglés, solo italiano, nos pudimos entender. La casa es pequeña pero está muy buen ubicada, literalmente detrás de la arena. El tamaño de la habitación suficiente, el baño también pequeño pero suficiente. Tuvimos frío por la noche. Pero por el precio, muy bien.
Es konnte nur in Bar gezahlt werden. Keine Verständigung mit der Gastgeberin möglich. Ankunft muss telefonisch angekündigt werden. Frühstück nicht inklusive. Handtücher entsprechen nicht unseren Vorstellungen von Sauberkeit. Die Steuerung der Klimaanlage war nur durch die Gastgeberin möglich (sie hat die Fernbedienung zur Steuerung nicht aus der Hand gegeben) und sie kam erst nach Mitternacht um diese anzuschalten, Raumtemperatur bis dahin 30 Grad. Lage der Wohnung war jedoch sehr gut.

Great location and comfortable room. However the owner made this stay very stressful. She does NOT speak any English, and she never checks her phone. She comes and goes out of the apartment without notice, she is unreliable. She decides of the check in times randomly. She keeps the AC remote in her handbag ?? She went into our room while we weren’t there (some glasses dissapeared). She only takes cash, and lied about breakfast not being included while it stated otherwise in ad. Not recommended
Il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir ! Nous n'avons pas pu rentrer dans l'hôtel et avons dû trouver un autre hôtel à la dernière minute !!! J'ai payé 10 euros de frais de réservation dont j'aimerais bien être remboursé mais je ne sais pas à qui je dois m'adresser. Carine Campos
Super nette Gastgeberin(Leider kein Englisch). Perfekte Lage - 300m zur Arena -, Klimaanlage und super günstig. Nahezu perfekt.
Ottima posizione ma accoglienza bizzarra e casa molto spartana.
Hygiene was not good. The owner cannot speak English so communication was very poor. She gave just a Little coffee which was finish in two sips! No breakfast, milk was opened, I didn’t trust expiration date. The towels and sheets were very very old and poor. And you have to call her before arriving but she cannot understand what you say and have to pay in cash. But accomodation was very close to Arena.
The pros: it is close to the station, the location is nice. Cons: Unless you speak Italian I would suggest not staying here. The lady who you will rent a room from does not speak English except for “passport” and “pay now” This is not a hostel, and barely a B&B. It is an apartment and someone lives here. You rent a private room and bathroom. the room was clean, but the towels are ratty and tiny, and the room was way too hot even at night. I was not allowed control over the AC remote.

THIS IS NOT A HOSTEL!! It’s literally a room in a italian nice lady’s house, if you book here please contact her directly before coming into the city so she can give you the keys
Muy linda la señora, no tuvimos ningún problema, tuvimos un incidente y la señora se portó muy linda, la verdad no tengo ninguna queja, queda casi a 3 cuadras del centro, muy buena ubicación
- Het adres klopte niet. - onvriendelijk en niet gastvrij. - gaf aan dat we te laat waren, terwijl we geen exacte tijd hadden afgesproken. Op de website wat dit niet helder vermeld. - de shampoo was verdund met water
Terrible este hostal, hicimos una reserva y después de llegar a la ciudad y llegar a la dirección del hotel, nadie nos abrió la puerta ni contestó las llamadas. Me comuniqué con ellos vía E-mail y contestaron muy tarde preguntando a qué hora llegaríamos. Tuvimos que buscar otro hotel pues la situación era incierta con ellos. Al final me mandaron un segundo E-mail diciendo que no podía hospedarme ahí. Se quedaron con 10,59€ de la reserva, que al final da igual. Malísima atención.

La llegada fue complicada ya que la ubicación ena aplicación es distinta a la del lugar, y te manda a otro Airbnb, lo que lo hace más confuso. El desayuno incluído es muy básico. Las sábanas tenían algunos pelos .
