rude staff, not breakfast included, they makes us pay to leave our bags for 3 hours after we checked out but the person next to us didn't.

Niet aan te raden! Ik heb de slechtste ervaring ooit gehad hier in Colombia.En s'avonds was het ergste! 0 respect van anderen gasten.Meerdere malen bellen in de dorm (kamer) om 23:00 uur.Zeer luid in de nacht. Lichten zomaar aandoen, en zelfs met een speaker de kamer binnen komen om 23:30!! Verschrikkelijk!!Het is oud en vies, de badkamer stinkt en is gewoon verrot en veroest. Het zit vol met muggen en doodgeslagen muggen.Beddengoed zaten vlekken in. Niet aan te raden!!

El personal es amable y el a/c de las habitaciones bueno. Esta todo un poco sucio pero habitable. Solo 1 ducha y 2 wc comunes y la ducha con poca agua. La hab de 6 es minuscula pero las camas tienen buen tamaño. Minilocker en la cama solo para objetos de valor. Desayuno correcto. Cerca de la playa ( no te puedes bañar) y del centro pero x la noche mejor ir por el malecon y girar. Esta a pocas calles de Pescaito ( zona compleja). Tienen agua de botella todo el dia ( no beber del grifo!!)

Ungünstig: Das reservierte 8-Bett-Zimmer war ein 16-Bett-Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage war so kalt eingestellt, dass ich noch in Kleidern gefroren habe!!! Günstig: meine Annulation der 2. Nacht wurde anstandslos akzeptiert und die Vorauszahlung (abzgl. Res.-Gebühr) ohne Zögern in bar ausbezahlt. Ich habe die Lage als ruhig empfunden. Der Malecón ist keine 200m entfernt.

The staff here were great. Hard-working and friendly. Lots of people coming and going, and they always managed to do it with a smile. The ladies that cleaned all afternoon long cooked breakfast for everyone all morning. Right next to the beach, and and as you walk that direction, you’ll see some metal structures that don’t really look like anything, but they’re actually micro-enterprise fruit shake stands.

Issue with hostel world booking and the hostel so was not able to stay which impacted multiple people arriving. Wouldn’t recommend

Even though I had a booking they wouldn’t let me in, saying they were booked out so I was stuck without a place in Santa Marta in the middle of the night. Wouldn’t even refund me what I paid for the booking

Nos quedamos en dos ocasiones, la primera nos dieron las camas en el dormitorio del piso de arriba las cuales eran incómodas, el baño compartido de arriba olía mal con una fuga de agua y las duchas no tenían sitios para poner la ropa. También el aire no funcionaba muy bien por lo tanto hacía calor, menos mal había ventilador personal en cada cama. La segunda ocasión, nos fue mejor porque nos dieron camas en el primer piso, a una no le cambiaron los tendidos y las toallas que son de pago ...

Il faut investir dans des ustensiles de cuisine, poêles de qualités, un frigo qui marche aussi c’est très important surtout quand il fait 40 degrés!
