Merci à Nabil et Karim pour leur disponibilité. J’ai passé un très bon séjour chez vous !
I was very satisfied with my stay! I felt truly welcome from the very beginning, thanks to the warm and personal service from Karim. He was always friendly and helpful, both during my stay and when I booked several excursion trips through the host. Breakfast can be ordered at a low additional cost, which was very convenient. Karim often made tea. which was especially cozy after long days out. Spending the evenings on the rooftop terrace was also a big highlight. Highly recommended!
Une magnifique adresse au cœur de la médina de Fès, idéalement placée, je vous recommande les yeux fermés de réserver votre séjour, vous serez bien accueillis par Karim et Nabil adorables !
love staying at this hostel and high recommended to all solo travelers or couples
Très bien situé dans un lieu dynamique, l’hôte Karim et très accueillant et content d’aider ses invités avec des directions. La terrasse est aussi formidable avec une belle vue.
gezellig vriendelijk gastvrij hulpzaam
We arrived at 4 AM, and this hostel clearly states that it has a 24-hour reception, which is the only reason we booked it after a long journey. However, when we arrived, the staff member showed up clearly drunk and acted completely unprofessional. The owner was not there, and instead of helping us, he kept making excuses and speaking in a disrespectful way. In the end, we could not even stay in the hostel we had reserved. This was extremely disappointing and stressful, especially at such a late...
un posto eccezionale, è sempre bello tornare qui
Good value for money
i enjoyed my stay with big welcoming :) bed was comfortable, hot shower with strong pressure and good connection of wifi. that's all i need for my stay
Helpful staff and a great location near tannery. The only small negative is a bit of noise from the the central lobby being unavoidable in many of the rooms, but with a pair of ear plugs you're fine, and there's no traffic noise in this part of the city. Breakfast is decent, and a self-guiding itinerary is provided (though I don't recommend wandering through the medina by yourself - you will be constantly annoyed by fake guides, and google maps is not reliable). Plenty of shared bathrooms.
Overall good hostel for the price! But cleanliness wise the beds were definitely a bit crusty, sheets had stains and hair and didn’t feel clean. Other than that facilities met basic needs.
Moroccan Dream Hostel is located in the heart of the Medina -- though comfortably nestled in a peaceful alcove but a stones throw away from the action. Be sure to check out the rooftop terrace for unmatched panoramic views of Fes. The famed tanneries are just around the corner, as are all the market stalls which give this ancient citys' Medina it's trademark buzz. Kareem, the owner, is extremely welcoming and is more than happy to answer all of your queries and lend his local knowledge.
has a very nice rooftop over looking the city, great views
Stayed in Maroccan Dream for 5 or 6 nights which allowed me to dive into Fes art n craft experience. Central location made every little and greater walk easy, winnter season and host’s warm personality made my stay really familiar. Hostel has everything one needs: acces to the kitchen to cook, clean bathrooms, sufficient amount of blankets for cold nights and great terrace to sit on the top of the roof doing nothing. Everything’ssimple and sufficient. No complain. Will be back Inshal...
Really cool hostel! But the staff was a bit harsh about closing the terrasse even before the agreed time. Also not allowed to talk to the opposite gender at night without them supervising. But the atmosphere and facilities is really nice, had a lot of fun here
At this price point a good hostel. The hostel is in a great location right between the heart of the medina and the Bab Rcif (taxi’s and bus leaves from there). The hosts are friendly and breakfast is decent. Beds are okay comfortable, pillow was hard. Still, I slept fine. There is a sociable atmosphere, especially in the evening on the rooftop. Only complaint would be that the downstairs bathroom smells a bit mouldy. Otherwise the beds, floors and bathrooms are very clean.
the best hostel i ve ever been to in Morocco. and the staff are the nicest people ever, they would never hesitate to help you with anything
one of the funniest hosts I had lately around the world! well travelled men who has live abroad as well!he knows his place! ask him, travellers are shying away and trust Google way too much these days.. he is the Google of Fes!! besides that, The hostel is right in the oldest Medina of marocco! and the house been there like forever! just know that. and don't be too heartfainted.. the guys outside are annoying as hell, yes.. but if you don't give them any attention they will let you go! good stay
very nice and kind staff. They treat us like kings and gave us great recommandations. Very tasty breakfast and amazing view from the rooftop. highly recommended
