Zostel Mussoorie (Mall Road)

had an amazing stay with zostel mussorie.the staff was very courteous food was awesome in the cafe and the sunset view from pvt room balacony breataking.

There is no problem with this property other than ventilation and cleanliness in dorms

A bit mouldy! But maybe to be expected in a town in the clouds! Staff friendly. Good location. Girls dorm was sociable.

Amazing property to stay and explore Mussoorie. They have everyday city exploration events which are really fun to be part of. Really good hospitality team. Food is 7.5/10. Appreciate the way Subh interacts and takes you to local places and meet local people.

Unfortunately, the room was really not clean, the shower was broken (could not turn off hot water, staff was informed and didn’t do anything) and there is no security concept (people can walk in straight from the street into the dorm rooms). Additionally, the manager gave my phone number to male hostel guest (who then asked for dates) without my consent- major red flag in my opinion. The location close to Mall Road is great and the fellow travellers created a great atmosphere.

Everything about this hostel was nice but I don't know why I feel the whole defination of hostel is fading away, when I started staying in hostel it was about people gathering, community and a lot of more fun exchange but here it was like a HOTEL just that people sharing space.

The guys that work in the hostel are all great! They really make an effort to connect with you and build a good community in the hostel. The trips they run everyday are also very good and help you explore the area. The location is also very good, just off the Mall Road.

My stay at Zostel Mussoorie Mall Road was delightful, I absolutely loved it. The location is really good and nearby to city centre, the views from the property are amazing, I really loved watching sunsets and winter line from here. The view from the canteen balcony is the best, you can see a very wide valley view overlooking nearby villages and dehradun, it looks really gorgeous at night with all the shining lights. The only things that could be improved the wait time in the canteen.

The staff was great . Best sunset views u will get here. And all major attractions are near by . One recommendation that the hostel world shows wrong address so kindly contact reception for it

Brand new hostel in former hotel. Location is super. Reception staff were helpful, the breakfast less so, as there is no menu and slow service, I ordered a coffee which never came. It is new so there are building noises inside and outside the hotel during the day. People everywhere cleaning and moving around. But the view from every room is great and the outside terrace a nice place. Would recommend.
