Hostel Speakeasy Fes

The napkin for breakfast smelt like butt and someone is stalking me. Please mention if it was human waste factor.

the way to the hostel seems a little edgy at first but the hostel itself is pretty. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing

Speakeasy Hostel was exactly what I wanted! Very cheap with only essentials. This hostel is NOT luxury. 2 bathrooms and 1 shower for the ~15 maximum guests that it can accommodate, with a small kitchen. Rooms small and basic but clean sheets The host, Said, was amazing and around all hours of the night for everything needed. He offered tea lots. Provided Mohammed, best guide who showed Medina for reasonable price. Perfect location 5 min from Medina. Recommend highly for any budget travel...

They couldn’t find my reservation and pretty much told me to find another place to stay.

I was charged another 40 MAD as tax for two nights in addition to the 20 euros It does not have a terrace to dry my clothes The hot shower is not stable

I really enjoyed staying in the hostel speakeasy Fes. The place is easy to find, just beside medina. There is a hot water and social space as well as breakfasts every morning. Said, person responsible for hostel is very helpful, welcoming and friendly. On my departure he took me even to the taxi place. I notice that he always reply to messages he receives form guest. Thank you for a great time together.

lovely location right next to the medina, the staff were very very lovely people and super fun and cool too!! all super helpful and kind and friendly. no ac in the room we stayed in (private double room) but besides that it was all wonderful

Beautiful Experience, the hostel manager souliman was very nice. The location is perfect, 5min to medina and the neighborhoods so safe!

Dit hostel was toch echt een misser. het grootste probleem was dat het gebouw alles behalve waterdicht is. het komt gelukkig niet direct in de kamer naar binnen maar wel in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte. in de ochtend had het ook de inmiddels zeiknatte badkamer bereikt en maakte daardoor de lamp kortsluiting. De host was vriendelijk maar wel een beetje eigenaardig (in de minder goede zin van het woord). zeer basic hostel die matig gezellig is. ontbijtje was wel prima!

The hostel it self was nice, not perfectly kept up, but it was nice. The staff was really helpful, but in my opinion a bit too pushy. He came into our room multiple times so have a nice chat, which wasn’t awkward or weird, just not the right place for it. Our room also didn’t have windows you could close, so you heard everything other people did in the main area.

Accueil désastreux.Notre chambre réservée à été donnée. On nous propose au même tarif un coin insalubre sans fenêtre qui puait le tabac avec une paillasse sale au sol.C'est totalement inacceptable.Etat général du riad dégueulasse. A fuir...

Seen better hostels. Sorry. Hopefully it gets better. Admire the owner who has a good buiness head on.

The hostel is quite tucked away and doesn’t really have much of a social area so it’s not the most lively place. Omar is an interesting character but very nice

Omar is so amazing and definitely made the hostel so much fun. It’s a little small, but that makes it perfect to socialize. Omar played some music and made us some snacks my first night there. They don’t offer towels but Omar went into town with me and searched for one. My only other complaint is that the bathrooms don’t have any hooks or shelves to put your things, and the door doesn’t completely close. But I would highly recommend staying here!
