Hotel Phenix

Stayed for two nights, about an hours walk into the town centre and not many things around the hotel itself. Room was spacious and clean. Staff just gave us the key at reception and didn’t want anything else to do with us, didn’t want to confirm when we where checking out or checkout times or anything else and when walking back through the entrance to get to your room they would just glare at you.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and nice. The room was pretty small but okay for one night. It was clean, but the room was noisy due to sounds from both the corridor and the street. The room was well-equipped; however, the electricity was not accessible everywhere. We only had one working power socket near the entrance, and there was no working socket next to the bed. We could not charge our smartphones. Breakfast was nice but lacked vegan options. Location is bad.

I had 3 nights with them they charge me 1 night and when I got there they said was sold out bad experience and not even refund

Didn’t expect them to do a full house keeping for me even if I was just staying for two nights. They changed the beddings, towels and refilled all the soaps. Thats a great bonus to me.

It was ok. The hotel is a bit far out so we had to take a bus (30-40min) or taxi (20min) to get to the city centre. The area is ok, not the nicest one though... It's good for a short stay!
