We really enjoyed and Zahid and his sister were very friendly and kind. Really in the center of the Medina, recommended also because is close to the Blue gate.

The riad is nice. The room was comfortable, with air conditioning and private toilet. Right in the middle of the medina, close to one of the two main doors. Unfortunately, at my arrival, I had to wait because nobody was there and they didn’t reply to my calls. The guy at the reception was very nice though. When rebooked for my way back, the girl tried to ask for a price 4 times higher… and then started to negociate. Not very professional and very upsetting. I ended up in another riad.

Great place to stay in the Medina. Zahid was a good employee there. Walking distance to the Blue Gate.

My stay here at Dar El Yasmine, was great. Zahid genuinely was great and made my stay extremely comfy. The location is not that far off one of the main streets and it was so easy to get everywhere from there. He packed me breakfast twice for my early morning excursion and train. My friends and I hung out on the terrace and just chilled and Zahid made sure we were comfy and had everything we need. I would definitely stay here again!

The stay was fantastic - comfortable, great location and wonderful staff. The team is very kind and understanding - my partner and I arrived not feeling the best and they were very quick to offer us tea and show us around so that we could get settled. They helped us with a transfer to and from Chefchauen and gave us alot of ideas about activities/things to do. 10/10 - would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others. A wonderful stay.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im „Hostel“ Dar El Yasmin. Im Vergleich zu europäischen Hostels ist es jedoch eher ein kleines Hotel mit Frühstück. Unser Zimmer und das Gebäude waren sehr sauber, das Frühstück lecker und der Service ausgezeichnet. Die hohe Bewertung haben sie sich verdient. Frühstück wurde unten im Eingangsbereich serviert. Bei Sonderwünschen wie ein Frühstück to Go (zeitlich bedingt) oder einem Transfer zum Flughafen wurde uns gerne geholfen. Sehr herzliches...

Zakaraya made me feel at home! From the time I walked in he offered me a seat and a cup of tea. He went over a lot of information when I came in. I was very tired but he made sure I was very well informed about Fes. He even walked me to the taxi and told the driver where to take me. He is a great guy and I highly recommend staying here. It is a fair price for how nice the rooms are and the breakfast is solid!

Our stay at Riad Dar El Yasmin was truly enjoyable. Even though we arrived at night, in the rain, and one of them was waiting for us outside the blue door but we didn't understand each other, they were very, very patient, kind and helpful. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with smiles and cups of hot mint tea. The guys who run it are people you can trust and don't try to cheat (which is not a given in the Medina of Fez). They treated us like people and not like wallets with legs :)

Great hostel with very welcoming staff.

By far the best hostel I have stayed at in Morocco. Nicer than most riads I have stayed at that cost 5 times as much. The staff are all super accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was also the best I have had at a hostel / hotel in Morocco and kept me full all day until dinner time. The roof space is classy with massive windows so you can still sit up there and enjoy the views when it is a bit cold and windy. Unfortunately I was only passing through and stayed for one night but I will be back

We booked 3 nights on a Standard room. The first night they gave us a room where the AC only worked as a fan. We slept there as we were exhausted but the next day we spoke to them about it and they upgraded us to a bigger and nicer room. That is why our review is 9,7 and not 10. Suka and Zaid were amazing and gave us a lot of valuable intel on the city. We recommend this riad for sure!

El mejor hostal en el que he estado. Nos atendieron muy bien, nos recibieron con té y nos explicaron el mapa de Fez. Las habitaciones son amplias, tienen aire acondicionado y las instalaciones de la habitación y del baño son muy buenas.

Ein super süßes Riad inmitten der Medina. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und lecker. Das Riad scheint ein Familienbetrieb zu sein, indem der Besitzer rund um die Uhr für Fragen offen ist und gerne Tipps gibt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zu zweit mit Doppelbett, obwohl wir nur für 1 Person gebucht hatten. Wir mussten nur einen kleinen Aufpreis zahlen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde regelmäßig während unseres Aufenthalts geputzt. Ein perfekter Ort, um in Fes anzukommen!

Dar el Yasmine was situated in Medina but with good directions from riad it was easy to find.staff very welcoming.initially the place may look dark but looking around beautiful crafted furniture.Steps up to the bedrooms were steep but well lit.bedroom was large and spotless.Shower good.Area quiet at night.Breakfast was huge choice of food and if leaving early for trip or leaving to catch train food was left for us.

Stayed here for 3 nights with a friend. Very welcoming and informative staff - got lots of great suggestions and info from them. The breakfasts provided are delicious, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The location is ideal, situated just between the main "Blue Gate" entrance and the heart of the Medina. Hostel atmosphere is generally quiet but always friendly. All in all, excellent value for money and would highly recommend

The staff was super lovely, they recommended tours and helped out with local directions. They were so kind to offer me their delicious mint tea every time they had a chance! Best place to stay in Fes! Thank you so much for making my experience there unforgettable
