Very small room with no window and the blankets had some stains. Besides that solid hotel.

Ik was per ongeluk mijn camera vergeten en het team deed er alles aan om te helpen. Met slechts een kort berichtje vonden ze hem niet alleen, maar zorgden ze er ook voor dat hij direct naar mijn volgende hotel werd gebracht. Zo'n hoge mate van zorg is zeldzaam en ik was oprecht onder de indruk. Een speciale shout-out naar de lieve dame bij de receptie – ze was echt geweldig!

Personalen här är verkligen exceptionell. Alla jag interagerade med var varma, välkomnande och gjorde allt för att hjälpa till. Det som verkligen stack ut var hur lyhörda de var på WhatsApp – alla frågor jag hade besvarades nästan omedelbart. Det gjorde kommunikationen superenkel och stressfri under hela min vistelse.

The room itself exceeded my expectations. It was much larger than I anticipated and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a mini fridge and a hair dryer—which not every hotel offers! The space was clean, modern, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax after a busy day exploring the city.

My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water, which was a nice bonus. Everything I needed was stocked and ready. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Hanoi.

L'emplacement est fantastique : proche de tout et pourtant suffisamment isolé pour offrir une sensation de tranquillité. Le personnel a su créer une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante, toujours aimable et disponible. Cela a rendu le séjour encore plus personnel et relaxant.

Dieses Hotel liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Train Street entfernt und verfügt über preisgünstige Zimmer, perfekt für preisbewusste Reisende.

Ich war mit dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden – es war sauber, voll ausgestattet und seinen Preis absolut wert. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei, und der Raum fühlte sich komfortabel und gemütlich an. Für den Preis habe ich ehrlich gesagt mehr bekommen, als ich erwartet hatte.

Ondanks wat anderen misschien zeggen, was mijn verblijf hier vol goede vibes. Het voelde warm en gastvrij, bijna alsof ik thuis was. De kamer had zelfs een zachte, aangename geur die mijn hele gezin opmerkte en heerlijk vond. We hebben echt genoten van onze tijd hier!

The hotel is just a short walk from Train Street, which made it super easy to explore one of Hanoi’s most unique spots. It’s also in a lively neighborhood with lots of local eateries and cafes nearby—perfect if you enjoy walking around and discovering the city on foot.

The rooms are budget-friendly but still comfortable and clean. What really made the stay enjoyable was the staff—they were welcoming and full of great tips for where to eat and what to see. Their recommendations helped us make the most of our time in Hanoi.

Durant mon séjour, j'ai trouvé l'emplacement de l'hôtel un de ses plus grands atouts. Il est à deux pas de la gare, ce qui était vraiment pratique à mon arrivée à Hanoï. Mieux encore, la célèbre Rue du Train est à deux pas : idéale pour prendre des photos et s'imprégner de l'ambiance locale. Si le Vieux Quartier est accessible à pied, j'ai surtout utilisé Grab pour les autres déplacements, et c'était rapide et bon marché.

Friendly Staff and Good Service. The staff here are super friendly and approachable. Whether it was helping with directions or just checking in on how my stay was going, they made me feel very welcome. That kind of personal touch really makes a difference.

Obwohl das Gebäude selbst nicht besonders einzigartig ist, hatte das Zimmer alles, was ich brauchte – ein bequemes Bett, Klimaanlage und eine gute Dusche. Manchmal siegen Einfachheit und Funktionalität, und dieses Hotel bietet genau das.

Consistently Clean and Comfortable. What really stood out to me was the consistent housekeeping. My room was spotless every day, and that made me feel comfortable and at ease during my stay. It's such a relief to return to a clean, tidy space after a long day out.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour explorer le vieux quartier de Hanoï : tout est accessible à pied. L'ambiance peut être un peu bruyante aux heures de pointe, mais c'est ce qui fait le charme de séjourner en plein cœur de la ville. Cela ne m'a pas trop dérangé et j'ai quand même passé un excellent séjour.

Recommended for City Explorers. If you're looking for a no-fuss, well-located hotel with helpful staff and clean rooms, this is a solid pick. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to explore Hanoi on foot. Just pack some earplugs if you’re sensitive to city noise.

Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam und hilft gerne bei der Buchung von Touren. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der Straßenlärm, besonders wenn die Züge vorbeifahren – da kann es ganz schön laut werden.
