Central and Basic Universitat

Everything was bad, first we couldn’t even come inside to check in even though everything was payed and we had informed our arrival time. Then we had to pay double the price, an we still haven’t got a refund for that. When we got inside thanks to some other guests on the hostel everything was extremely dirty and cold. It was dust everywhere and the toilets were awful. Our room had no heat and it felt like we slept on the street because we heard everything from outside.

Mi esposo y yo nos hospedarnos 4 noches en el hostal. Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena, desde que llegamos hasta la salida. Todo en orden conforme a costo y calidad. Y limpieza muy buena a pesar de ser muchas habitaciones, siempre hay más opciones en el edificio para los baños compartidos. Very cheap, in a run down building but you get what you pay for

O quarto cheirava a mofo e havia pouco gel de duche e champô. Em virtude de termos perdido o avião por mau tempo ficamos apenas uma noite no hostel e nem por isso houve uma atenção no preço nem ficaram com as nossas mochilas no dia do check out. O ambiente exterior é perigoso, não recomendo dado o preço elevado. Melhor pagar um pouco mais e ficar melhor localizado.

Für eine Nacht sehr OK. 3 Sicherheitstüren mit Code und ein CheckIn Automat. Alls funktionierte tadellos. WLAN Code erst auf Anfrage umgehend erhältlich. Das Zimmer war zweckmässig eingerichtet. Entgegen unseren Befürchtungen und Ankündigungen Hostel (Gehörschutz lag auf Bett bereit) verlief die Nacht eher ruhig. Das Hostel hatte einen eher herben Charme, so wie auch die Umgebung.

Really nice staff, only stayed one night. Good air conditioning, would stay again!

The location can be a little intimidating however it was a very clean hostel and I felt safe most of the time I was in and out of the hostel. I would recommend it for the price is good.

This is a great no frills hostel, staff is friendly.

Perfect for what I needed: clean, neat, safe, simple and central. Ross, who was at the reception desk, was delightful. He gave me water when I arrived completely parched on a hot afternoon, and then coffee when I was trying to figure out what next trains I needed to take. I was very appreciative of his kindness at this time.

I booked a single room with a view of the air shaft but no actual window to get fresh air. The bathrooms were cleaned regularly and other rooms might have regular windows. No common space and no socializing.

Very well located, very clean. Rooms are nice. We had a balcony with a great view. Staff is nice and helpful. Just note there is no social area, it’s fine if you come with a group or with a partner but if you expect to meet people it may not be the place. Otherwise everything was great.

Modern gestaltete Zimmer in gutem Sauberkeitszustand. Auch die geteilten Bäder waren sehr sauber. Insgesamt eine super Preis-Leistung.

Clean and secure but NOT value for money. No social area, WiFi only in reception and didn't reach our room. Shower was cold 2/3 days. No safe for valuables. Check in info and door codes were only emailed to us about 11am the morning of arrival by which time we were travelling so didn't see it and couldn't open the PNG file they sent it in. Thankfully a staff member was still there to help but could've been a problem if we were only a bit later. Good location but wouldn't recommend.

Great location, and even greater staff!! I received helpful recommendations to explore my first trip to Barcelona, and had a very comfortable stay. Shout out to Eva who helped plan a fantastic route to walk and take some amazing photos!! Thank you!! 🤗🤗
