Hi Bye! Hostel

It was my first experience with any hostel and luckily it came much better than expected. The host is very cooperative and generous. Also my stay is worth the price including the parking spot.

Amazing hostel with very hospitable owners. All the facilities were clean, there are large lockers you can use to secure your valuables. The location is quiet, peaceful and about a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Not a party hostel but still sociable and easy to talk to people. I'll be back for sure if I ever return to Sibiu!

Very nice hostel in terms of facilities, beds, showers, rooms & lockers. Check in & out & access was simple and well organised by Remus. The facilities look like they’d be great on a well visited weekend but I can’t say so much as it was quiet when I visited. Location a tiny bit more outside of the main town (10 min walk max) but right next to a nice park & the football stadium.

auberge très sympa, idéal pour rencontrer du monde si on le souhaite grâce à la grande cour. Dortoir plus que correct et parties communes bien équipés.

J’ai vécu une expérience exceptionnelle dans cet hébergement. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueillie avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Le propriétaire est une personne extrêmement agréable, et j’ai eu la chance de rencontrer Olaf, quelqu’un de très spécial qui m’a accompagnée et guidée tout au long de mon séjour en Roumanie. Really nice place, good location and the owners are really lovely. Someone else left a bad review citing a dog attacking as soon as you walk in. This is completely over exaggerated, the dog is tiny and harmless. Would stay there again for sure!

Am avut o experiență excelentă la acest hostel! 🏡 Locația este foarte bună – aproape de tot ce ai nevoie. M-am simțit în siguranță pe tot parcursul șederii, iar curățenia a fost impecabilă. Personalul a fost amabil, prompt și mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze. Totul a fost bine organizat și m-am simțit ca acasă. Cu siguranță aș reveni și îl recomand cu drag oricui caută un loc plăcut și primitor în România! 🌟

This is one of, if not the best, hostel I have been to. Wonderful hostel, a perfect location. Close to the stations when arrived, a short walk to old part of town. The social environment was super. Met great friends. The kitchen there is the best ever and the outdoor dining area is the best ever. You will not regret it. I would move there. It is that good.

The property is in a wonderful location slightly outside the old town near a nice park.

Country chalet in the city. Backs on to a nature reserve with deer in the garden. As Nigel Tufnel would say "this one goes to eleven".

I love this place. The owner is incredibly nice. The park is attached to is very large and full of birds. The terrace area is pretty and calm. Definitely not a party hostel but excellent if you just want quite and rest.

really chill hosts. even though i arrived five hours before the official check in it was no problem! alsoo the park in the back is really nice and you can listen to the birds with your window open.

This was the best experience I've ever had in a hostel. Remus and his family made me feel welcome from day one, and really made sure I was comfortable. They have designed this hostel tackling all the deficencies I experienced in other places: clean and functional toilets, a full room with various lockers, etc... And the location is priceless. 15 min from the business of Sibiu but next to a park, expect bird songs as an alarm clock! And their sog is super cute. Can't wait to come back! Multumesc!

For the price it's a very solid stay. Few reviews because the place just started running on HostelWorld, but it's been around for a while. The guy who owns it really cares about your stay. Everything's clean and good. When I stayed there was hardly anyone and the WiFi was somewhat non-existant. Great access to the wonderful park nearby.

Sad to write a negative review since the hostel owner seemed like a very nice man, and the hostel potentially could be very good. Unfortunately at the time of writing, there is no hot water. There is also no kitchen, a dog that attacks you when you enter, and the WiFi was broken when I arrived (the owner later fixed this). The pillows are also a strange foam rectangle, very uncomfortable. I suggest avoiding this hostel until a future review provides a better update.

Excellent hostel that has yet to be discovered by most travelers. The hostel is clean and still very new as it has only recently been opened. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There is a nice sitting area in front where you can socialize, although unfortunately during my stay there was nobody as I was the only guest.

I had a very pleasant stay. The hostel has a lot of potential, but word still has to get around. The host was super nice, you can ask him anytime.

Safe and comfortable location. It is off the street but you can access grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops easily. No facilities to prepare your own food. Host is very friendly and helpful. Ideal location for groups as there is a nice courtyard to use.

I realy enjoyed may stay at Hi Bye Hostel. Its simple but a great location in the park and just about 10 minutes of walking to the inner city. Realy lovely Host too. Would recommend!!
