The room was okay but the beds were very squeaky which meant it was hard to get a good nights sleep. The hostel is also a good 30 minute walk from the centre so it isnt close either. The room generally felt a bit dirty as well. It was okay and did the job but definitely not the best.

Overall seemed like a lovely hostel. Was only there for one night so couldn’t get a very good feel for the place. Staff were nice and facilities were good. Lockers wise they had roll out cage things for underneath the bed. They were okay, you could padlock them but they had a lot of gaps where hands could easily fit through. We also just got a bad luck of the draw and ended up in a 8 person dorm with only two other people who weren’t that inconsiderate of others (not the hostels fault though...

I couldn't access the pullout locker under the bed as there was a pillar in the way. The only room I could move to was a room with more people but they wouldn't refund me for the difference. The locker needed a massive padlock which a light traveller wouldn't have. I had to ask the reception for a special keycard every time I wanted to use the kitchen or washing machines as they said they wanted to control who goes in there. Kitchen had no cupboards. Had to download an app to wash clothes.

Excellent staff. Really appreciated the professional and friendly male staff on the front desk. Excellent. Wish I'd taken their names. But genuinely they had a positive impact on my stay.

The only positive aspect of this hostel is its location. Everything else was disappointing. You have to make your own bed, check-in is self-service even when reception is present, and the Wi-Fi system is unclear, requiring some unknown “club code” with no proper explanation. The environment is not well-managed — guests are noisy and do not respect quiet hours. Additionally, the in-room shower lights up whenever someone enters, which is very disruptive. Overall, the experience was awful

Ich hatte eine allergische Reaktion auf das Bettlaken im Gesicht (alles schwoll an). Die Menschen waren sehr sehr nett! Metallboxen für seine Sachen sind viel zu laut! Ansonsten gibt es tolle dunkle Vorgänge! Die Lage ist mehr als genial.

You must bring a lock for your cage beneath the bed. Kitchen was filthy. There was no cutlery. Music from the bar is too loud in the laundry and kitchen area. Late at night (4.30 am) people returning from clubs are permitted to be loud, shouting in the corridors. I hope these can be corrected because it is a great place to stay with lovely staff and good facilities.

Las habitaciones no son muy espaciosas, pero en general está bien.

The location was good but I slept terribly due to a chorus of snoring. The dorm doors slam shut which is a big design flaw. At 1am one of the guys in my dorm in confusion tried to climb into my bed.

Really good hostel, staff are really nice and here for you. I had a problem and they resolved it immediatly. It can be kinda noisy in the corridors but at 10pm everyone respected the fact that you need to be silent. Private showers and toilets in the dormitory is such a plus !

It’s really clean hostel i really like the facilities but it is not meant for solo travelers looking to meet other travelers or people who want to sleep and rest, it gets really noisy at night and early in the morning. I had an incident as someone slept in my bunk after i left for 2 hours but when i reported they immediately moved me to another room.

Not a bad hostel. It’s not right next to the cathedral but still quite central. Bathrooms are acceptable. The only issue: after my first night, my bed was cleared and my perfume and toothbrush were taken. I got the toothbrush back, but the perfume was lost, and the staff didn’t really help. Overall, an average place to stay.

Really really good hostel, with great staff, mainly Rumyesa and Mustafa who supported me so well. 👏👏👏

Great staff. Charger by bed didn't work

the guests in this hostel are very unhygienic, we had to ask for another room since the other one stank very badly, the other guests in that room also did not pee IN the toilet, they peed next to it, it was really disgusting and smelled very bad. we did ask for a new room and the lovely lady gave us one directly (we love you). in the other room there was an old man who snored very loudly so i could not sleep, but better than sleeping in a room full of stinkers.
