Tenerife Experience Hostel

Die Hygiene war wirklich schlecht. Das Doppelzimmer hat ein Bad, an dem die Wand vom Schimmel überzogen ist und ein sehr unangenehmer Gestank durchzieht das Zimmer, wogegen auch die Duftspender nicht viel helfen. der Aufenthaltsbereich ist winzig und unbequem, sodass überhaupt keine Stimmung zwischen den gästen aufgekommen ist.

Gutes Hostel als Ausgangspunkt, nah am Busbahnhof gelegen. Achtung beim Check-in: Informationen auf Hostelworld und vom Hostel selbst passen nicht ganz zusammen; nach 16 Uhr nur online Check in nach vollständiger Zahlung.

Probably unlucky, but during my one day & night stay everyone stayed in their beds during the day (and evening), nothing happened, and when people did come out of their room, they immediately grabbed their phone, no social contact whatsoever, never experienced this in a hostel. I was also unlucky with room mates, everyone was snoring and one guy seemed to be dying all night, moaning and coughing terribly. Cold shower in the (early) morning after a bad night's sleep, poorly equiped kitchen, etc

Personal wirklich alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einrichtungen auch super. Mein Favorit war definitiv der Hund Martin

Sehr gute Lage, bequemes Bett

El hostal está super bien ubicado (más o menos 10mins de la estación de autobuses y 15mins del centro) y tiene una super buena atmosfera gracias a les chiques que trabajan ahí. Y sobretodo... gracias a Martín, la estrellita del hostal! Mucho mas que una mascota, un amor!

Buon posto posizionato bene vicino al centro 10/15 minuti a piedi, pulizia buona e personale cortese.

Maurice and Martín made our stay amazing!

Ik had online al betaald via Hostelworld, maar moest bij aankomst toch contant betalen, wat onprofessioneel aanvoelde. Het hostel was vies: een hond liep vrij rond, ik stapte in urine en er lag poep in de gang en op het balkon. Niemand ruimde iets op. Slechte service en slechte hygiëne. Ik wil compensatie voor de dubbele betaling en raad dit hostel absoluut niet aan.

its an alright place. gotta say it i loved the dog that was there but it was by far the least higienic situation I've ever had in a hostel. think its clear what i mean

Okay for one night

!!!Bedbugs 24/12/24!!! The people here are nice, but this place is rated way too highly. Other than the people and the nice volunteer workers, the facilities, rooms, and bathrooms, are all old, disgusting, and seem poorly maintained and managed. After my first night I noticed some bed bug bites, and another lady in my room was almost covered in them, we both complained but they didn’t seem concerned and just talked about how there are bed bugs everywhere on the island.

I found bedbugs in my bed.Another lady complained of bites.There were clear signs of infestation on the beds. I moved to another bed in the same room. The next day my food was missing. On inquiring,owner initially asked to donate it to volunteers.The volunteer said that I had not changed the food container after moving beds,so she trashed it. The booking was cancelled on property's end, so I initially couldn't write a review which I found disingenuous.

excellent service in many regards

The beauty of this place isn't the place itself but the owner and yhe italian guy working in it . The hostel isn't new but is practical and functional ..In the room you'll have : ur small wardrobe which works like a desk, as well; a bench for ur shoes; an electric plug close to ur bed. The bathroom could be better , especially the water flow(too slow) , but it's big and u can handle ur stuff. The kitchen is ok (accessorized, quit big) ... super plus the luggage storage and common area

Hermoso hostel pero lo que lo hace especial es su gente, la hospitalidad es increíble te hacen sentir como en casa, siempre hacen actividades y el hostel tiene todo lo que necesitan, lamentablemente me tocaron dos personas que no me dejaron dormir 2 días pero no tiene nada que ver con el hostel, lo súper recomiendo y volveré sin duda la ubicación es genial, gracias a eze, mike y todo el equipo que me hicieron sentir en casa aún estando lejos.
