The staff were amazing—kind, friendly, and very welcoming. I really loved the atmosphere in the common areas, especially the well-equipped kitchen. The shared bathroom was clean and thoughtfully stocked with sustainable toilet paper. The room was fitted with heating and stayed warm during winter. They also provide free bus coupons, which was a great added bonus.

Such a nice hostel, great facilities, very clean and the staff are amazing. Location is a short walk to the train and bus stations as well as good cafes and a grocery store. Also a 20 minute walk into the old town.

STAY HERE! Staff are really nice, you can leave your luggage before check in and after check out. It's really close to the city center and the common areas are cozy. They have only-women bedrooms which is great!!!

Backpackers was the best hostel of my Eurotrip — super clean and full of great facilities. I had an issue with my last-night reservation, and the staff were incredibly understanding, letting me pay right before I left. The kitchen was perfect for hanging out with friends, and even though the bathroom isn’t in the room, it always felt safe and spotless. Plus, the location near the station makes it super easy to move around the city.

Washroom on my floor smelt like sewage ~ 5pm one day - still smelt horrible the next morning at 8AM. I smelt it down the hall. They had a sign saying only to give the duvet to be cleaned if you were there 3 days + which to me implies that they do not wash them between all guests. In addition, instead of providing a fresh fitted sheet and pillow case, they instead provided a thin cover intended to cover the sheets and pillowcase already there on arrival - clearly not washed between people.

Really nice hostel and place to stay. Spacious beds and rooms. Beautiful kitchen and hang out area. Very organized, clean, and orderly. Nicely ran and everyone was super respectful

Very comfortable and clean hostel. My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights, felt very safe and very calm energy. Good for those looking for a relaxing experience.

Huge common areas and decent size kitchen available to use which was nice. The shared bathrooms and rooms were also clean. My only con was the location. The hostel is right on the lake and next to a huge park/beach area which is super convenient during sunny weather. However it is about a 15 minute walk from the train station/ main city center and there is not really any food options close by. The free use of the cities buses is a nice solution but still far removed.

Everything was great. Staff was very nice. Good , comfy bed and pillow. Great showers/sufficient toilets. Just wish they offered breakfast. Nice kitchen and clean spaces! Would stay again!

Very clean, the staff were all so kind and helpful. Easy to get around to all the main attractions in the city.

Check in time of 5pm is too late.They charge £145 a night yet you check in at 5 and must leave by 10am the next day.good facilities for cooking and nice communal areas.Location not good,20 minutes walk from station in a quite boring area with no supermarkets nearby.The room although clean was the most basic I’ve ever seen ,no cupboards,drawers Balcony was covered by tree so not much view.Stay elsewhere unless your planning on going somewhere to cook 3 meals a day and play scrabble.

A lovely hostel located right by the lake side, with a great range of cooking facilities and bathrooms. The shared rooms were small yet still had great amount of space and even included balcony’s with great views. Though not right in the city centre it was only a short scenic walk away

Very good Hostel. Trying hostel for the first time, didn’t had much of expectation. Stayed only for one night, but it was really neat and quiet for the stay. Couldn’t explore all the facilities, but overall it was a nice stay. There is a bit of walk to catch a bus, but not too far. Overall nice location in front of the lake which is an added advantage.

Great place to stay, everything was super clean, modern and accessible! Wish it was a little bit closer to Old Town but only a 15 minute walk to the train station! Would definitely recommend!
