Great hostel, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, it’s more of a house turn hostel which was cool and wonderful view of the city. The only downside was you had to be super quiet after 10 pm or 22:00, but overall really great place to stay

Ray is incredibly nice, will greet you personally. the people coming here have been great aswell, very easy to meet like minded people.

Very nice house in a great location in Luzern, super helpful staff. Not much of a social atmosphere but that's likely more based on who happens to be staying there at a given time. Lodging was just an open bed in a room, which isn't ideal but good enough to lay my head for a couple nights.

An amazing place.

Absolutely fascinating views, and a good vibes of people who come from all around the world. If you ever happen to be in Lucerne and you are person looking for finding friends/interesting people to tag along this place is the best bet. Not to mention the high level hospitality by the host!

Very clean and finally a hostel with great showers. The description is a little misleading, as it describes the hostel as lively and to “stay somewhere else if you want to say in your room” because you can only whisper in the common area after 10pm. The host is interesting…

Simplemente EXCELENTE

Very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with amazing hilltop views. However, the many rules about being social felt forced, especially since the owner barely greeted me. Also, card payment machines everywhere (for cereal, bar, jukebox) made the vibe feel more transactional than friendly. Beautiful place, but the atmosphere could be more genuine.

J’ai adoré cet auberge, je la recommande à tous ! Propre, vue magnifique, cuisine bien équipée, personnel accueillant, ambiance chaleureuse. Je n’ai que des éloges à dire de l’endroit. Le seul point à savoir, c’est que ce n’est pas une auberge pour faire la fête, couvre-feu à 22:00 pour ne pas déranger les autres, donc si vous êtes plus party, mieux vaut aller ailleurs.

I had an excellent stay! The staff is very welcoming, and the house feels very much like you are a guest in your friends house. The view out of the window is absolutely incredible. It is just a short bus ride from down town; and not too bad of a walk either. The only downside is the 10pm quiet time throughout the whole house, but it does encourage a healthy bedtime :) I would absolutely stay here again

Clean, spacious, great views, great atmosphere and people staying there. Having a lower price to access the hot tub would have made the experience even better.

This was the best hostel/ homestay experience I've had so far. Rainer, the owner, is so thorough and helpful with check-in information, recommendations for the city, and making sure your stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Great hostel that feels clean, safe, and serene. The views from the entire hostel are breathtaking. When I stayed there, I didn’t feel that it was a super social hostel, but that also could just be my group. Definitely has great potential to be a very social hostel as everyone spends time together in the common areas. If you’re in Lucerne this is worth the stay.
