Really good location Quite noisy at night

Well located with a beautiful view of the surroundings. Issues with cleanliness as others have pointed out definitely hold true although less of an issue in a private room. Staff quite insistent that we leave a review, with one member actually sitting next to me to watch me write one - this was quite off putting.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von der Unterkunft. Wir haben keine hohen Ansprüche aber für den Preis war es wirklich schlecht. Im Bad lief die ganze Zeit Wasser unten aus der Toilette und aus dem Waschbecken auch. Neben meinem Bett war sehr viel Schimmel an der Wand. Es gab keine Angebote die im Hostel direkt angeboten wurden. Es war nicht wirklich Social. Schön war die Lage des Hostels und der Blick auf den Berg:)

De locatie en het uitzicht waren echt top!! De bedden hadden allemaal gordijntjes, stopcontacten en nachtlampjes. De badkamer was in orde, geen grote luxe maar voor mij geen probleem!

I strongly recommend this hostel. I had a problem and at all times the provide me with help and were interested in solving my issue. The breakfast is really huge and good, recommended 100%

sérieusement deja l acceuil etait pas top. j ai eu aucune explication. le dortoir fille est degeulasse je parle meme pas de la salle de bain. et en plus le personnel homme rentre dans la chambre a tout va ... je ne recommande absolument pas

Great hostel to stay in Ella! Close to shops and some of the activities! Sadaru and all the staff were very helpful and kind.

The photos are not accurate to the place, there was no social atmosphere and the place is dark and dingy and could do with a spruce up. The bathroom stank because the drain in the sink was blocked and really smelly liquid would reflux back into the sink, when we pointed this out to one of the staff his solution was for us to use the bathroom in another dorm. Overall this was a disappointing stay and would not recommend.

Really nice hostel in the center of Ella, close to all the main spots. The en-suite bathroom was a big plus!

Sehr zentral, direkt in Ella town, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit, also ich wurde nicht enttäuscht, alles war gut. Frühstück hab ich leider nicht mitessen können, da ich immer früh weg zum wandern war, aber ich hörte nur gutes. Also Fazit ich würde wieder kommen :)

alles in Ordnung. Frühstück hat leider echt lange gedauert und gabs erst so ab 9, was den Tagestrip verzögerte. Aussicht ist gut. WLAN war nicht gut.

Really kind and helpful staff who answer any questions about transport/ excursions/ best food spots. Amazing breakfast, clean bathrooms, mosquito nets on the bed and the view of Ella rock is incredible. Great location

The walls in my dorm were covered in mould, there was also a frog in my room!! And the bunk beds were very unsafe, I was on a top bunk and there were no sides, and a hard floor that you would fall onto if you rolled off in your sleep- so this effected my night sleep. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, it was a bit dingy, the staff were difficult to find to speak to and the main issue was the mould everywhere. Great view of Ella’s rock but that was about it.

Really nice

The best thing about the hostel is the location. Other than that it’s really tired and run down. We booked a private room which was essentially in a semi derelict building. The bedroom and especially the bathroom were grimy and dirty. It also lacked AC which was advertised as well as having a very flimsy lock on the door. We checked out after one night and went elsewhere.
