BBQ Hub Ella

Absolutely amazing, very central. O my goodness the breakfast was amazing loads of toast, fruit, pancakes, butter, tea. Jam large pot of tea. Fantastic find best breakfast I’ve had and my bedroom was lovely clean and cosy. I definitely highly recommend

Booked a 2 night stay and booked a single room. It had a comfy twin bed, closet, air conditioning (didn't need it), nice bathroom, and small balcony. The hotel is nice and off the main road. It's on an unpaved road, but cars and tuk tuks can easily access the space. The breakfast is good and ABUNDANT. Since off the main road the street noise didn't reach the rooms. I'd stay there again when in Ella.

Location of the hostel is perfect. It's 300 m from the center of Ella. Many good restaurants nearby. The rooms look very new. Most modern of the hostels I've been in in Sri Lanka. I had also a private balcony. Very clean. It's a little more expensive than I usually paid in Sri Lanka as a solo traveller. I paid 24 euro pro night (without breakfast). On average I paid 15 euro pro night for a private room with a private bathroom.

My happen, that I give 10/10 rating, because of the kondness of the staff and the value/price ratio. Here this is not the case, it’s really 10/10! I enjoyed my stay, staff is very kind and helpfull, the restaurant is also great. Highly recommended!

Great place. Located on a side street a short walk from the town centre, such that you can get anywhere you need to with ease but it's still quiet at night. The building is attractive and the staff are very friendly and speak good English. I got the economy single room which I was very happy. As others have said, it is small but well designed and private. The breakfast was decent too, although I only ate here on the day of check out. If I were to return to Ella, I would probably stay here again.

it was a nice stay, private rooms are great. unfortunately, not a lot of people around and not very social.

Is booked a room for myself and it was the best place I stayed in while in Sri Lanka. Would recommend , the staff are very friendly.

Perfect 10 for a perfect stay! I’ve received the best service from the crew! Highly recommended! And oh the fresh fruits platter and platter or waffle, French toast and roti made me so full I didn’t have to go for lunch! Hahaha thank you BBQ Hub!

Very lovely stay with very lovely staff, who provide a 5 star service. Would recommend if you want a chilled night at a beautiful hotel that’s very clean with a great breakfast.

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. The breakfast was fit for a king and so much food of good quality. Fantastic location short distance from the station and all points of interest. I would stay here again

Bellissima struttura moderna. Peccato che in bassa stagione non c’erano altri turisti apparte me, perché secondo me merita. È un po’ nascosto dal centro perciò c’è un clima di pace. Colazione inclusa buona fresca e sostanziosa

We had an awesome stay here. The staff were really friendly and made us breakfast packs to go so we could hike Ella Rock.

Stayed for 3 nights. Wifi worked well, staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is pretty modern, clean, and well maintained. I liked the location, walking distance to the main strip, neighbours are nice restaurants, cafes, mini marts and spas. But quiet area when it’s bedtime. Close to the nine arches trail, about a 20 min walk from the hostel to the nine arch bridge.

Great place to stay, super friendly staff, very clean! 10/10 super relaxing and also a great breakfast.

Great little place to stay room was fairly small but exactly as pictured and described. Staff super friendly and nice. The most comfortable bed I stayed in during my two weeks in Sri Lanka

BBQ hub is literally the best and only place I would Sat while in Ella. The location, staff and food is top notch. Many competing places appear to be “run of the mill”. 100%

All in all it was really good. The service is good, its clean and the breakfast also really good. Only one thing, you hear through the doors everything means other guests and everything whats going on in the entrie area.
