Zostel Plus in Rishikesh is great! The rooms are clean and comfy, and the staff is really nice. You can see the mountains from your window, which is amazing. It's a perfect place to stay and explore Rishikesh. I had a wonderful time there!. Special thanks to Ansh - the community manager there for helping in every way possible.

We booked for 5 people but one of my friends joined later. We informed the zostel people about the 6th person. On call they agreed to make the arrangements to accommodate the 6th member of our group but once we checked in and stayed …. They changed their words and disagreed to their earlier commitment. The stay is good. But during off seasons the stay can get a little boring as there are very limited things to do nearby and the community manager is also not seen most of the time It’s great if you already have a group of friends to come and hang out a few days. Won’t recommend for solo travel during off season

I had booked a suite which is the most expensive room in the property and has the worst possible location. Suite is located just alongside swimming pool where people are present almost whole day and make most noise. So effectively i could not open my window and had to bear most noise despite paying premium price. Absolutely no value for money. Service at property was poor whether it was cafeteria or trekking volunteer. Only plus point in live music at bonfire. My poorest Zostel experience.

It is out of the way place so need to have a vehicle with you any how. but otherwise everything is superb from host to food and facility.

Sitting amidst nature, it’s easily one of the best places I’ve stayed at. Such courteous and friendly staffs who were extremely welcoming. The view from the room is breathtaking. There’s a cafe inside the premises that serves amazing food! I highly recommend taking down a short walk to one of the tributaries and soaking in the experience. I stayed in the dorm and hands down this was the best decision so far!! Dorms have such amazing views of the mountains. I loved the common room with all the games and my favourite was the swimming pool,. Cafe food is really good with so many options. I would definitely visit again. Loved my time at Zostel Plus Rishikesh. The on-ground team is warm and hospitable. The spaces are neat and hygienic. Was glad to find a cozy space to work from and take my work calls. The pool is also a great addition in the property. Luckily, i also met some cool new friends. Really liked my experience here. Hopefully, I’ll be back soon.

It is a terrible property located among miserable camping area where people are shouting and bathing in the middle of night. If you have visited other zostel then drop your expectations because this is just a random hotel converted into a zostel franchise. We booked for 3 days but we left in a day. No view, no peace and no social ambience. Every group has their own DJ system playing on and it is a huge mess.

Book this property only if you've your own vehicle. it's very far from the main city an with practically nothing els available near the property (not even a restaurant). Food at the property is very average and pricey. If you're looking for a retreat experience, go for this
