I was really impressed with his hostel as it was very clean and best was after 10PM there were no music or loud sounds which is rare in India. I also thank to Pankaj, Sanjay and Jhonny for making this a memorable experience at sweven. Totally worth it
Wouldn’t recommend this place. Actually advised people NOT to stay there. Staff was not helpful at all, bathroom smells like urine all the time and was very dirty. Bed sheets were dirty. The staff comes in the dorm early morning to turn the light, AC and fan on and off repeatedly. There were few to no backpackers at all and no social life.
Overall a very comfortable stay. The staff was very sweet, ccommodating and kind.
Had a great stay! My private room was very spacious, comfortable & clean with lots of storage that would be great if you were planning a long stay. The hostel is in a great location near all the markets & cafes. My room was high up so minimal noise, did feel abit cold at night but the quilt keeps you warm. There wasn’t much atmosphere during my stay, but that didn’t matter to me as I was only there for 2 days after yoga training & wasn’t looking to make friends. Staff very helpful! Thank y...
"Had a great stay at Sweven Hostel in Rishikesh! The staff were very friendly and super helpful in arranging a scooty for us, which made exploring the area so convenient. We stayed in a private room that was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The overall atmosphere was nice and laid-back. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rishikesh!"
Very good place to stay! I stayed in the female dorm and the rooms have a nice size so everyone got a bit of their own space. Clean rooms and beads. Possibilities to relax in the common room or the terrace which I enjoyed! I would definitely come back.
Had stayed at this place for almost 2 months… loved the place😍 well reachable location and very well trained, guided staff.. Kudos to Pankaj, Sanjay, Sunil & other people.
loved elegance and charm from the moment I stepped inside Sweven. Made new friends which was delightful, thanks to the inviting common room where we shared laughter late into the night. The real highlight was the food - every meal was a culinary masterpiece bursting with flavor. The staff's warmth and hospitality made us feel like part of their family, and the terrace and common room was cherry. overall, good stay. Super safe for solo female travellers
The cleanest and coziest hostel I’ve been to in Rishikesh. I was able to get some work done in dedicated artistic air conditioned space they have for work and chill. I enjoyed my relaxing time on rooftop with 360 view and awesome weekend party. Thank you Sweven, will definitely be back 🙏🏽
A really disappointing stay here. The staff lacked warmth and enthusiasm, the dorm was really cold and despite there being plenty of staff, no effort was made to clean the dorm room each day. Very few other people staying here. Super noisy building site next to hostel too. The hostel really lacks ambiance and effort from staff, and not worth the price. Very little maintenance or care by management. Look elsewhere.
especially very kindly staff.
A very nice hostel to stay around. Pankaj and Sanjay (staff) are two very funny guys to stay around.
It’s more family place than hostel vibe
property is clean , beds are good. vibe was missing ,lack of hostel community feeling ..but okayish in experience..not at all bad
Excellent atmosphere, great dorms. The reception folks were extremely helpful. The working area and the balconies were amazing.
Amazing Hostel in the center of Rishikesh! Great amenities, helpful staff & comfortable beds. Definitely recommended for all backpackers.
The building is pretty good and the location is more quite than other hostels in the area. Of course the location would have been better if the Lakshman Djuula bridge was not closed. The staff is less professional and service-minded than one will usually expect and there are many Indians in the dorm who go to bed quite late (as they are in town to party). However the hotel is not a bad option (and as one of my friends got sick the staff was actually very helpful).
Friendly staff and lovely rooftop patio. Study/work room was nice. Private room did not have a window, and the washroom was terrible- quite a bit of mold and odor. Laundry was not available despite it being advertised as so! Would not recommend for travelers seeking a comfortable stay in Rishikesh. Morning yoga is available, but know that the instructor will insist you the exercises his way- was not an enjoyable experience.
