bed bugs when i was here and they attempted to have us sign an NDA in order to receive a refund that stated we would not leave a negative review… i did not sign it

I would have given 5 stars, but I came home with bedbug bites. I had to clean my entire house and wash or freeze everything. It wasn’t worth it. Additionally, the hostel was already aware of the problem and did not warn me!

the groundfloor seems very chic and has quite a vibe. BUT i woke up at 2am covered in BED BUGS. if you want to sleep safely please sleep somewhere else!! after i complained, i was given another room. soon afterwards (around 3am) another person came in. turns out his bed was also full of bed bugs. in addition, the bathrooms were not very clean.

They had bedbugs and didn't care. I was left on the street without a place to stay on a friday night because I found out about them after seeing 3 of them in my bed space.

Problems with bedbugs. I heard upon arrival and asked to be put into a room that had been recently cleaned but that didn’t work. I know these things happen in hostels but so wish the hostel would’ve provided some comfort around their efforts to stop it. Other than this, a stunning hostel with great facilities in a nice area.

I received bed bug bites either here or at my hostel in Munich - apologies for the lack of certainty. Combo is otherwise an awesome hostel and super cool spot to hang out, so cool that it attracts locals to hang out there. The free breakfast was top tier. The location is also awesome, it's right on the Navigli canal which has a million bars and restaurants for every vibe, whether you're 20 or 60 you'll find something fun over there.

The staff were lovely however unfortunately during our stay we discovered bed bugs in one of the bunk beds. The staff were very accommodating however and put us in another room which was better. I think we were just unlucky that day with the bed however others looked clean. The breakfast in the morning was good.

the only problem is bedbugs... everything else is wonderful. first night just in 2 hours i was full of bedbug bites, took also a picture of them.. i was put in a different room and that night seemed fine but the next i was eaten again and i wanted to leave but was told that no, in this one there are no bugs and its just mosquitos.. i did not stay for one more night to have another sleepless night. after a lot of waiting and emails they refunded one first night that i had proof of the bedbugs.

Everything was great, besides the fact that multiple people on our group trip left with bed bug bites.

I wouldn’t stay here. There are bed bugs. We were moved to another room after we noticed the first bed bugs and continued to get bit in the other room.

was a nice place to stay but sadly me and my mate had lots of bites on us after we believe this to be bed bugs but apart from that the facilities are really nice for a hostel and its in a great location

Very nice and clean hostel with a great kitchen with all facilitys you need. The staff is 10/10 after i had bedbugs they there very friendly and helpfull even if its not their fault and immediatly refunded me i didnt had to ask for

The facilities were really nice, great front desk staff, the vibe was a bit weird, had a few creepy guys and weirdos staying in the rooms and hanging around. All in all was a good hostel and very clean except myself and a few others got bed bug bites :/

Nice hostel and good location, but I found bedbugs in my bed and there were no other available room or bed in the hostel. So I had to find a new place to sleep and it was 21:00 on a Friday.

The hostel is the same as it looks in the photos, the staff was always very attentive, the rooms were very clean and considering the heat wave it was wonderful to have air conditioning. I only had one inconvenience because there were bed bugs in the room I stayed first night, however as soon as I realized it, I reported it to reception; they changed my room and every day they made sure to be aware of me.

Really one of the best hostels I have stayed at. The facilities are really nice, there is a nice kitchen and communal area as well as a washer and dryer. The hostel is 30min walk from the Duomo and 5min walk from the train station and metro. So it is in a really central place with access to everything. The only blib was that I just found some bugs on the wall (unsure if they are bed bugs).

The hostes was incredible, great location, had an awesome party on Thursday, breakfast art included… The staff were super nice! I’m pretty sure however that my bed had bed bugs hahaha I am completely covered by bites.

We had bed bugs in our room!! We were asleep for 2 hours and had over 100 bites. The hostel did find us another room in another hostel but was definitely not the same standard as the new room had no air conditioning. We were offered no refund considering we didn’t even stay the night in the room.
