Koala Hostel

La cocina le falta todo, tiene todas las ollas y sartenes en mal estado, los utensilios igual, son 3 baños para todo el hostel, en ciertos momentos es imposible entrar, no circula el aire en las habitaciones, hay mucha gente haciendo ruido cuando ya es de noche y el staff no hace nada.

a fantastic location!! an walk from the central train station and in the morning I was at the castle within 20 minutes. staff were very friendly and accomodating when I arrived for check in at 2am. shower was fantastic. bathroom clean although there was mould on the ceiling. Rooms were very hot. overall , a great holiday and i will be coming back!

Everything was very dirty and not well kept. Bathrooms were not cleaned and we just felt gross and uncomfortable being there in general. My friend and I just needed a place to sleep for one night, but would not stay longer than that. I barely even slept the few hours we were there because it was miserable. The location and price was convenient, but we would not go back.

deixou muito a desejar. chuveiro mal funcionava. água fria. alguns hóspedes "duvidosos".fomos até surpreendidos por uma "batida" da polícia para averiguar quem estava hospedado no local (se rotina ou não... mas achei muita coincidência).

the staff was very nice and friendly

The best part was the staff — kind and always willing to help. However, the shared accommodation was among the worst I’ve experienced. The metal bunk beds made noise every time someone moved, and with eight people in the room, it was impossible to sleep more than an hour straight. The lockers were small and metallic too, noisy and impractical. Lastly, the shared showers couldn’t be locked, had mold on the floor and walls, and the ventilation in the bathrooms and rooms was really poor.

Présence de punaises de lit ! J'en ai informé la réception qui n'a pas cherché à me reloger. Il me restait une nuit et m'ont indiqué ne pas avoir de chambres disponibles. J'ai donc dû redormir avec les punaises de lit. Aucun remboursement n'a été effectué malgré mes demandes, elles restent sans réponse. C'est inadmissible. FUYEZ

Le stanze erano più o meno pulite, anche se la struttura è piuttosto vecchia. La posizione è eccellente — vicino alla metropolitana e alla stazione. Lo staff è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Ps Difficile capire se di notte, il rumore venga dalla sala giochi o da un rave nascosto… in ogni caso, dormire è diventata un’attività opzionale.

Fui muito bem atendido, principalmente pelo rapaz que fica na recepção do hostel na parte da manhã.

Everything is mouldy, key cards didn’t work. The roof is leaking in the toilet. Only good thing is the staff.

Cumple con la relación precio calidad. Los azulejos de los baños estaban sucios.

Es existiert grundsätzlich alles was ein Hostel benötigt. Es ist rund um die Uhr jemand an der Rezeption und man erreicht mit der U-Bahn gut alle Punkte in der Stadt. Auch wenn jeden morgen geputzt wurde, war das Bad eigentlich durchgehend verdreckt und die Betten waren sehr durchgelegen. In den Zimmern gab es Spinde welche sich mit einem Vorhängeschloss verschließen lassen. Solide für 2-3 Nächte wenn man nicht zuviel ausgeben möchte, aber auch nicht mehr.

I was a little disappointed in this hostel, the only security was the staff ‘buzzing’ you into the building, there wasn’t no atmosphere, lockers were too small, value for money was not great, bathrooms were mouldy, 2 showers for a whole floor of people and overall not a great vibe. Location is not too far from central station but not close to anything touristy in walking distance.

The property seems old and not maintained. The facilities were ok. For the money we paid, it wasn’t worth it. There were very few toilets and showers to be shared with many people and some of them weren’t working or were in a bad condition

Just mid, whould probably not go again. Radther pay a little more somwhere else

Killer spot

They need new beds — they squeak so much whenever you move. We’ve stayed for 2 days and didn’t sleep at all during that time. You can imagine how the trip will be.

I booked a mixed dorm. But i was given a full male dorm. Not ethical and fair.

No hay mucho movimiento. Y el lugar no se ve que lo cuiden

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with all hostels I’ve been to, but all this can be explained, the worst is that there was bedbugs everywhere when i checked the room before entering and checked in and paying, so i refused to stay in the hostel but the host tried to force me to pay so i refused respectfully, the next day he tried to take the amount from my bank account, this was not acceptable i hope he won’t try it again, the worst scenario is taking bedbugs with me from some host...
