I liked the hostel - clean, friendly staff and good facilities The hostel is a bit from the centrum - but the bus is going from only 500 meters away, and stops by the metro There was a Big supermarked just beside the hostel, which was nice I liked that there was a fridge and microwave you could use You get free Towels Not much social at this hostel I would recommend and would come back
I recommend this accommodation to my friends.
The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they showed us our way to the concert venue. They kept our luggage before the check-in for free. Overall, it's a good, clean and quiet hostel.
The property was nice, cleaniness is the thing that first comes to mind of the place. It was quite quiet when I was there and I was only for one night, so I can't say much, but it was cool. The kitchen had a balcony which was nice!
The property is very quiet and not one where you get to know a lot of people. Sometimes there were even older people, which was fine. The location is not the best, since it takes you a long time to get to the center. However, there are good ways of getting into the center. The rooms could be cleaned way better, because there was hair everywhere from other travellers which have not been cleared up properly 😅 There‘s an Esselunga next to it, which was great!
Corte Milano itself is a good hostel. Cheap, Clean & good Atmosphere. But the Location is what made my Stay difficult. We were driving up to over One and a half hours just to get into city centre, which was annoying. Especially when we tried to get home at night, it was such a long ride through rougher parts of town.
With puplic transport it takes over an hour from Milano Centrale to the hostel and you have to take a metro and a tram and then walk for 10min. Area is definetly not pretty but has stores and some restaurants. Really quiet hostel
Probably the nicest hostel I’ve stayed at. We arrived late and someone let us in. There is free parking and the food is really good
Easily the best place I stayed whilst backpacking. Communal kitchens were great, lovely atmosphere among guests, excellent pizza place nearby, helpful staff, supermarket just next door, privacy curtains on each of the beds, sockets and storage on each bed, and *genuinely* female-only dorms. Only downside was the distance from Milan centre, but there's excellent public transport (although the walk/from to the metro with my large backpack was difficult) and the value for money more than makes up f...
The hostel was lovely, very clean and calm, and they patiently waited up for us even though we arrived very late. I read reviews before about how well connected this was, despite being out of town, via a tram system so I had no concerns. However, this tram was extremely run down, isolated and felt very unsafe to be on. As 2 18 year old girls travelling alone, we had to buy an expensive uber to the hostel multiple times when we felt so unsafe at the tram. None of this reflects on the hostel, but ...
Modern and clean place. Even if the lacation is not that great, the hostel is well connected
South of Milan With a train walking distance that takes you into the center of the city in about 45 minutes. Very clean hostel, quiet too, if you like that :)
A little farther from the city than I thought, but transit into Milan is easy. Lovely staff with good recommendations. Main issue is there aren't really a lot of places for food around the hostel itself, so plan ahead. Also, bathrooms are shared within the dorm suites, so it was harder to get enough time for shower/makeup/etc than at other hostels I've been to. Place was very clean. My friend and I (both female) felt very safe. Patio doors are open all the time though, so mosquitos can get into ...
It was a good property with good facilities and the staff were really helpful.Things to note ,is that it is 50mins away from milan centrale so you have take the journey in everyday if you want to see the city. But the there is a tram stop 10 mins away from the hostel which goes to Duomo everyday .You can take a metro from Abbiategrasso which will get you wherever you need to go.Also they have self catering facilites which is helpful if you are on a budget and a grocery store nearby for food
the hostel its self is really nice, its not as close to the centre of Milan which is a shame. If you got the number 15 tram from duomo that takes you about a 10-15min walk away from the hostel. No issues apart from that and NO bed bugs despite what some reviews said. If i come back to milan I would stay here again
