Nice, quite clean, comfortable and right in front of the tram so it compensates the distance from the city center. We went to the bar on the first night and were expecting more of an open celebrating mood but it was more chill

I’ve stayed in many a&o hostels throughout Germany and Europe and this one was the worst so far. The room (004) was really small, the bunk beds were really shaky, no sockets and no individual light (although in the hostels in Berlin and Prague the beds were more robust, much more comfortable and with the socket and light). There was a weird smell in the room, it looked unneat and just unpleasant. The bedsheets had holes. For one night it was okay, but next time choosing something else.

absolutely poor hostel only it looks fancy. Wifi was not working for four days of my stay. Staff is rude and not welcoming. never recommended

I think it was good if you are planing on just sleeping there but the building looks quite old and rooms weren’t too bad. Overall would stay here again.

The location was the only good thing. We got into the room and it had a really weird smell coming from the bathroom. we asked about it but they never tried to fix it, so the room constantly smelled horrible, it felt disgusting to even go inside the bathroom.

I had a reservation from March 31st to April 1st. Due to a technical issue with the hotel's credit card terminal, I was unable to complete the payment and had to cancel my stay. I request a refund of the amount I have already paid in advance.

Ideal location for travellers, very affordable and the guy at reception (bhanu) is superb nice and friendly.

Usually a&o hostels are really good but this time it was not. Some people were screaming, shooting doors, running and drinking in the corridors after 10pm (between 10pm and 6am it's supposed to be silent). I've told the staff and they didn't care at all, they told me to "see with them" like i didn't already asked the people ?! + If you like to play "would you rather" you can play it in really life in the shower; would you rather burn or become an ice ? You can't choose in between :)

I didn't have a bottom bed sheet as they didn't have any. The hob in the cooker wasn't working - and hasn't been for a while it seems - and I didn't know until after I had prepped all my food. I spoke to reception and they said it wasn't working. So I lost all of my food that I bought to make. As a solo traveller I really rely on these facilites and is a huge reason I book these hostels. My room, 325, had a VERY bad drainage problem which made the whole room smell and was very stressful tbc

Thank you for offering great value for very affordable prices. I needed a place to rest for 3 hours before my bus trip. My only complaint was that the I arrived, my reservation was not immediately found in the system. I was told that it takes about 30 mins for it to show up. You need to improve in this regard!

Nice place

The checkin was smooth and the guy helping me at the moment was really nice, but he didn’t explained that I had a bunk bed number, at the moment I got the my room I made my bed and leave for the night, back in the morning I was surprised by finding someone else in my bed. There is a variable that helped me make that mistake, the bed that was supposed to be mine was occupied and dirty, thing that didn’t even changed EVER. When I got back and went to sleep on an unmade and stinky bed.
