I’ve been for a few years and a row and this is the closest and best campsite in my opinion. Looking forward to the new campsite facilities this year. The weather can either be really hot, or sometimes cold and rainy, so bring warm stuff for camping! Staff are super fun and there’s always a good atmosphere, usually a big group head into town together which is good if you’re solo
If you want to party and sleep for like 30 mins in the mud and cold this is ur place! lovely people but not for the weak!!
Shocking, they claim to provide sleeping bags for the tents. They were very lite weight bags for 18 degrees but the temperature was below zero! When people complained, they told us to get really drunk to cure the problem. Also the tents were all against each other, side by side. You could literally hear people breathing heavily.
Reccomended if you really want to budget travel. maybe better in the first weekend of oktoberfest cause in the last one the temperature was very low. also reccomended to bring your own sleeping bag for more comfort and warm
Cough up a few more bucks and get a roof over your head.
Le tende sono aperte, lo staff per niente disponibile, la donna delle pulizie super maleducata. La distanza effettiva è 30 minuti almeno con i mezzi, non 15 come dicono. Troppo caro per il servizio che offrono.
Staff was very nice. Place was disgusting.
Good value for money compared to other locations, especially during Oktoberfest, bit of a trip out of town using public transport to get there and could have used more signage to direct people towards the respective check-in tents. They provided tents, sleeping bag and an air mattress, power is supplied at a central tent to charge phones/power banks, the lost souls crew were super friendly and easy to get along with and the afterparty location was great.
I mean ur camping it is what it is staff were super cool, maybe there could’ve been more at the campsite to do but it was fun
Location is ideal but the bathrooms became unusable after day 1. No soap, toilets torn from walls, fecal matter on the walls and man outside our tent trying to offer us coke off his phone case. Outlets unusable, my friend’s portable charger was stolen. Frigid temps. Staff not helpful.
Super fun time but the bathrooms were the most heinous I’ve ever seen in my life.
ATTENTION GROSSE ARNAQUE !!! A FUIR !!!
Shit toilets, didnt have any seats
great location for Oktoberfest, staff were great and really helpful. good vibes overall. bad showers.
The tent was fine, camping is camping. If you are in the middle of the tent you are more exposed to the camping aspects as the tents are not fully zippable the whole way round, but your stuff still feels secure as the site security is good. There is also the cost of the showers for hot water which was €2. The campsite was hidden somewhat within another site, so took us some time to find.
Great hostel! Amazing staff and awesome atmosphere with fair prices. Truly a unique experience!
The place was nice, however my tent was dirty and it was the first weekend there. I didn’t expect it to be perfect, but it didn’t feel like they cleaned it super well. I did pay €35/night, so I guess that does make up for it. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. If you’re looking to do Oktoberfest on a budget, this is the place to go.
Overall a good experience, you have to pay €2 for a shower but everything’s clean
It was a good experience overall. Better than I was expecting. Really easy to get to Oktoberfest, it’s a good atmosphere at night, people can get loud but that was to be expected on a party style campsite. Would stay again
Great workers. Only think that made me feel uneasy is that you have to leave your passport with the security if you check in after midnight. I couldn’t get it back until the next morning when i paid for my stay. And the fact that it’s cash only everywhere during Oktoberfest. Saying that I had a great time.
