Best hostel in Rome! Good location, very nice staff, and very good bar!
Rooms very nice and clean, and except no curtains on beds and bathroom smelled really bad. Great location close to train station
Cerca de Roma termini, paradas de colectivos cerca, muy buen bar y buena atención por parte de los voluntarios!
Absolutely loved my time here! Met some incredible people that I was able to explore the city with and make so many great memories with. Yellowsquare will definitely be a place I return, as the hostel itself was in a great, very central location (10 min walk from Termini station), and rooms were clean and comfortable. There were individual lockers and safes for each person, so security was never an issue. :)
Couldn’t have had a better time! So easy to meet people with the bar + organised events. Staff were so beyond friendly and always made sure guests were safe and happy. Location is slightly out the way but not terrible everything is around 20-30 mins away and it’s easy enough to get the train if needed. Only critique is non guests coming to the bar as I do feel like the locals are just coming to pick up girls. Special shout out to Amanda, the kindest soul how I hope to meet again in future ...
Excelente lugar, mi primer viaje y no me Pude llevar una mejor experiencia que con estos chicos, todos son muy amables, el servicio increíble, gente muy cool en las habitaciones! Si vuelvo a Roma, también volveré a yellowsquare
The room was good. Beds comfy and enough room and personal storage space. My problem was the tiny bathroom shared with 3 rooms with 6 people. One toilet and one shower is sadly not enough. For the price I probably wouldn’t book the same room again. Aircon was good. There is also some good drinks and facilities but only one washing machine (from 6) was not out of order.
my favourite hostel i’ve ever been to jerry is so goated love this spot
The location is still around a 25 min walk to things like the coloseum. I chose a bed in a 4 woman only dorm and it was TINY hot and smelled bad. It’s very safe and the lockers were in the room which was convenient. I still paid almost $80 USD to be crammed in this room which I did not think was worth it AT ALL. I would reccomend the 3 girl dorm at Des Arts a block away for a much better and cheaper stay.
Fantastico !
The bar/ restaurant rooms, reception, and laundry areas were spread across a couple of neighbouring buildings along a street which was pretty well laid out. Access for people outside the hostel to the bar is really convenient, but, the rooms all need keycards so are relatively protected. Was a really great place to stay, shame we were only there for a night
Had a pleasant stay here. Close to Roma Termini so convenient in that aspect. Ensuite shower is a bit small and doesn’t really have ventilation so can get a bit sweaty. Rooms are fine and nice, no curtain but there is a pole so you can hang your towel for a bit of privacy. Bar downstairs is nice and they give you free drink coupon on arrival. 2 dryers and 1 washing machine was out of order, there is only three of each so was not possible to do washing as the queue was too long.
Great staff, environment, location, and price!! Highly recommend
the power was cut to my room in the middle of the night and we could not use the lights, outlets or air conditioner. it was sweltering and I overslept and nearly missed my train because my devices didn’t charge. also be prepared for loud street noise outside if you are on that side of the building because the yellow bar is right across the street.
The yellow bar was good, but the hostel dorms were not good at all, lacked cleanliness.
Per essere un ostello è fantastico
Great hostel, only thing is everything being in different buildings confused me but otherwise great.
Amazing hostel!! They included free pasta for dinner every night at the YellowBar across the street. Had lots of social activities to meet people. Beds are comfy and rooms were clean. And location is a 5 min walk to the Termini train station!
YellowSquare was fine. Definitely not the cleanest hostel I’ve stayed in. Found the staff a little unapproachable. Very out of the way for all the major stuff you want to see in Rome.
