Ulaanbaatar Hostel

Quiet place, very well located near central part of the city. Bit hard to find, as entrance is at back of building with no signage to let you know you are at the right place. Staff is friendly, but only there during check-in time.

Great! very clean and secure. the rooms are very cozy.

Had an amazing stay! the staff is extremely helpful with navigating travel in Mongolia and Ulaanbaatar. The place is clean, well-located and very cozy, so its easy to meet other travellers. I ended up coming back here 4 times. Would highly recommend!!

Pretty small hostel, I think it’s only 18 beds in total. But great common areas and quite good atmosphere compared to the size. Decent facilities but could need a shower more, needed more space in the shower. No power plug or shelves in the beds, so you either need your powerbank or leave your phone on the table with the others. Pretty good location, staff could be a bit better at English, but they are so helpful.

Nice place to stay before and/or after a tour through the Mongolian steppe (best hot shower of my life).

Relaxing, cozy hostel. Lots of typical Mongolian fast food and Korean pocha in the area. I recommend this hostel for low-key travelers, solo and small groups. The staff had great communication, offered a simple breakfast of eggs, toast and jam. There’s coffee and tea available, and a hot and filtered cold water dispenser for your pleasure.

After trying a few others in town, ended up using this hostel as a home base in between trips over the span of 2 months. They have everything you need for a reset. Laundry, good shower and bed. The Common area provides enough space for those who want to lay low and or who want to get together and celebrate life on the road together. Can't recommend this place enough.

small hostel. hard to find the entrance. the entrance is in the back by the park, i had to call to figure it out. The hostel has 2 dorms, i stayed in the 6 bed dorm. its very small to fit everyones stuff and no lockers but i didnt mind. the pods are nice and i slept well. they have 2 showers and 2 sinks right outside the door room. the sign says no showers after 6pm though- extremely wierd. They have washer & dryers which is great and a small but nice balcony. all sights are within a 20min walk

Hostel bien placé. En revanche, aucune isolation entre les espaces donc il y a beaucoup de bruit. Le petit déjeuner soit disant inclus sur l'annonce nous a été refusé.

Had a very comfortable stay! The manager allowed me to leave some stuff of mine behind in the hostel while I went away from the city. I came back a few days later to pick it up all for free. Would come back again when visiting Mongolia!

Great hostel, had there a good time. Nice beds, cozy common area, clean shower/ bedroom. Highly recommend the hostel, perfect place to start a adventure in Mongolia! :)

Had a nice stay, ended up staying twice (before and after my trip out into the Mongolian countryside). Was quite basic, but had everything you needed, and was very clean.

I had a fabulous time at the hostel. The atmosphere is homely, there’s a small kitchenette and a comfortable balcony - what else could you want. Amma is the loveliest too! Highly recommend.

The Hostel is conveniently located near many eateries and min-marts. Ulaanbaatar Square is just a short walk from the Hostel. Ama and her Mother are always very helpful to assist whenever I approach them assistance. I like the Balcony Area where I could do my usual morning workouts just like I am at my own Home. The Kitchen is well equipped with utensils and oven where I could prepare my own meals. The Hostel is clean.

Hostel au top, je recommande ! Le personnel est vraiment adorables et les espaces de vie sont très agréable. Nous avons déjà réservé pour quand nous rentrerons sur Oulan Bator :)

The stay was great..the owner is really friendly and helps with everything to make the stay the best possible. I will defintily come back.

Defo recommend this hostel, the owner is absolutely lovely and has lots of advice on things to do in UB, volunteer experiences and tours. the beds are super comfy and have curtains and it is very clean. the common area is also very homey and cozy. I stayed twice and the first time it was very lively and I met loads of people, the second time there was not so many people but it was still quite nice.

I had an amazing experience staying here. Amma was a great host, I got to fully indulge in the beauty of Ulaanbaatar and the rest of Mongolia thanks to her vast knowledge of the area. Perfectly situated, very clean, all around just an incredible stay. Would not hesitate to book with her again !

Really nice hostel 5 mins walk from centre of Ulaanbaatar. Good size of facilities for amount of beds. Amma was really friend and helpful. Would stay here again for sure if visiting UB...
