pleasant enough place for a few nights but clearly hasn't been updated in years. beds are incredibly squeaky and inexplicably the 8 bed dorm door will not close. in a safe and pleasant area, but mostly expensive cafes, restaurants and bars. I often found myself walking 25 mins to get to centro. garden and terrace are lovely. staff were fine and helpful when needed, but don't expect big activities or events - the Tuesday night jam session is cool though!
Good location, near lots of restaurants and bars, free breakfast was good, drinks are cheap at the bar, our room was nice, and ensuite on the room.
Love this hostel. I extended multiple times. Lots of areas to relax and hang out including in the backyard and rooftop terrace. Staff are lovely. The vibe is super chill but the activities (tours, pub crawls, tequila tour, etc) are great ways to get a bit more social if you like
This experience was really disappointing. I ended up moving to their Centro location which was significantly better. Staff and people who are at the hostel are really odd. The place is dead all week, nothing interesting happening or initiatives. The location is 40 mins walk to the centre and there is nothing around you except for bars at night to party.
It was a lovely place, clean, quiet and laid-back, great location, friendly staff
Excelente Hostal, si lo que quieres es salir de fiesta, conocer gente y estar en el corazón de la vida nocturna de Guadalajara, esta es tu mejor opción.
Fantastic stay! Lovely staff, who were very helpful, nice laid back atmosphere. Bit far from centre (20 min. walk distance), but I liked this neighborhood as well.
This place was a whole entire vibe, it is beautiful, clean, safe and very warm welcoming. I got to meet/ hang out with new people. I never felt alone or bored. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice bar. The backyard area is beautiful. Highly recommend and will be coming back.
This is the city and many people are quite reserved. One in 5 is friendly. 1in 3 staff is outgoing
Really nice hostel and great location. Great atmosphere and lots of social activities, it's a bit of a party hostel, but much more. Recommend to stay here
The dorms are horrible, the bunk beds are very unstable and very squeaky. The staff played loud music all day and until 1am, which made it impossible to sleep. The dorm room door wouldn’t close and stayed open the whole time, so all the noise came in. There is only one bathroom with two showers for all the men, which is clearly not enough. The free breakfast is a joke. If you want a place to rest do yourself a favor and book in another place. The volunteers were very friendly!
It's fine but there was no vibe when i was there unfortunately.
Good social space. We stayed in the private room, which was very comfortable. Breakfast was included. The hostel was very clean and central. Also the activities were fun. We did a Lucha Libre Tour & jam session and had a blast with the group
great stay friendly staff, nice garden and relaxing roof terrace could improve some facilities but atmosphere is perfect
I wanted to love 100% this place, and I was!! until there was an error in the reservation on my third night, that morning I went to the cafe literally around the corner to work, I said hi to the people in the lobby. When I came back around 3pm to my room, I had a private room, and everything was cleared out!!!! like EVERYTHING WAS GONE! You could imagine my shock and desperation at not seeing all your stuff, my jewelry and clothes, everything. The hostel had EVERYTHING to contact me, my phone nu...
Generally a nice place to stay a few days, only downsides: There are no doorhandles on the outside of the dorm-doors, so when you leave the room you can't close the door. Also the drinking water is in the kitchen which is closed at night so you can't get water at night
I fw the hammocks outside
Incapable employees randomly entering dorms and then leaving doors open after leaving. My dorm Was right next to the reception meaning I was woken up multiple times due to noise.
