Il tout est très bien. Il est juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de rideaux au lit permettant plus d'intimité et de ne pas être gêné par la lumière des autres personnes.

Kitchen was small, but overall very nice & clean facility would definitely recommend staying here! Safe area & perfect running routes!!

Everything is perfect and very happy

The staff at this hostel were all so welcoming and kind. They gave excellent recommendations for places to see in Haarlem as well as restaurants to try. The atmosphere was so serene and it was a great change of pace from the city. I will have to plan another trip to stay again!

Everything was great except 2 males in the mixed dorm snored super loud both nights I was there

Amazing hostel in the heart of Haarlem 🙌 With coffee, a patio, everything very clean and nice, events and 45min bike to Sloterdijk. Definitely will be back!

Ich finde das Hostel sehr schön und die Mitarbeiter super freundlich. Wir wurden sogar zu einer Komedie Show eingeladen und es war ehrlich sehr lustig. Ich würde das Hostel jedem weiter empfehlen und selbst auch nochmal wieder kommen. Die Atmosphäre war einfach sehr gemütlich und entspannend und man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Bei meiner Freundin hat sich leider ein Mann durch eine Verwechslung in ihr Bett gelegt, aber das hat sich super schnell geklärt und sie hat ein anderes Bett bekom...

Everyone is soooo nice and helpful. We got many suggestions for activities and restaurants from the staff. Everyone was always up for a chat, always ready if you need something. A special thanks to Christina, who was just the best. She is super friendly and cheerful, always asking us what our plan would be for today and adding suggestions if we asked. Super locatie!

I had a wonderful experience at Hello Local. Cozy room, nice cafe, friendly staff, and a great location.

A very nice little place to stay at, with lovely staff. Loved the fireplace in the evening in the "common room" area, made it feel super cozy. The bed was comfortable. Only thing I have to "complain" about is the ladder; I think the rods are a bit too thin, it was painful on my feet. But maybe it's just my feet being divas haha.

Beautiful hostel, incredibly kind staff and very clean rooms and facilities! Took us around 30+ mins to get into Amsterdam but otherwise, highly recommend!

By far the best hostel that I found in the Netherlands: super-friendly staff, lovingly decorated entrance, bar and common room, cosy self-kitchen, toilets everywhere, large shower cubicle and super-comfortable dormitories with large beds. There´s even the regular Number 2 Bus from the Centraal rail station to Turfmarkt just a little further west along the canal.

Great place to stay, everything was prepared: linnen,towels,soaps,… Comfortable mattresses. Location is top. You are within 5min walking in the center.

I had a wonderful stay at Hello I'm Local. The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable as are the beds. It was mostly clean and guests were mostly very respectful (you always have a couple loud people). I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

This place was phenomenal. Really relaxing almost cabin feel in the common area with a beautiful sunroof. The amenities were super clean and I felt safe in the 8 female dorm. The beds were very comfy as well! Only downside is there are no curtains on the beds.

Hello I’m Local is the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. The atmosphere and vibe is so awesome, the bed was so comfy, there’s a kitchen for guests to cook in (and a fridge), and the staff is so lovely and helpful. It’s in a great location if you want to explore Haarlem (which is an awesome town), but not great if you want to explore Amsterdam everyday (as I was doing) because you have to walk to the train station and then get a train into the city.
