Hostal Bohostel Chapultepec

Overall the hostel was great, the bathrooms and rooms were clean and I felt very safe during my stay. The beds were comfortable and had a light and fan in each bunk with a nice curtain. The doors are on a rolling mechanism which is incredibly loud opening and shutting, but that’s the only downside if you’re a light sleeper. The lady at the front desk was visibly annoyed I couldn’t speak Spanish. I’m in classes and trying to learn here, but she did not make me feel welcomed at all.

One of the best hostels I have stayed in! Great location in a charming neighborhood near Chapultepec. Awesome rooftop with amazing view, full kitchen and places to work. Very chill vibe that is great for digital nomads who need to work. There is a great cafe attached for coffee and morning food as well as many great restaurants nearby on Chapultepec Avenue. Highly recommend if staying in Guadalajara.

Buena ubicación, instalaciones limpias, poco ruido y buena oferta precio-calidad. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme.

Overall a good place to stay. The neighborhood's safe & the facilities well-maintained & clean (the housekeepers mop everywhere throughout the day, which is great!). The rooftop kitchen/lounge area is a perfect place for views & to relax. Not overly social, but you can make friends w/ a little effort. A couple of the female staff seem less than welcoming, but the star is the night receptionist Louis who is so friendly & helpful (& also an Uber driver who will take you wherever you want to go!)

it worked, no major complaints, not very social though, most people were working, the cafe downstairs was good, too bunks are really high and I hurt myself getting down

It was mostly clean and the staff was nice. Most dorms look like on the pictures except the female-only dorms, located in the basement. While I mostly was at the hostel to sleep, the ventilation in the room was bad and after a while the room started to smell funky. Same for the bathrooms which were clean but there always was a weird sewage smell which made it a not so pleasant experience.

This hostel is more like a hotel! I enjoyed the clean showers, toilets, and the dorm. Was nice to have your own curtain and space to sleep. The mixed dorm with 6 beds is the best cos the room is the biggest. The small 4 bed dorms is quite cramped. The kitchen is good and has everything you need to prepare a meal. I cooked every day. The roof top is very nice with the kitchen, tables, hammocks and fresh air. Many people smoked cigarettes though all the time. Many digital nomads come here.

Super clean and very comfy hostel, well located with extremely nice staff. Not the best to socialize though !

Stayed in a very noisy and cramped 4-bed dorm with mainly locals. The sliding door right next to your head sounds like a train going through the dorm when opened. Also you could hear every shower and toilet flush as the door doesn’t really close and the bathroom area on the hallway has no door at all. Furthermore, there was hardly any space to move around in the dorm. The rooftop is lovely and the community kitchen spacious. There is free water and the location of the hostel is great too.

El trato del staff no es bueno recibí un comentario de parte de la recepcionista Frania donde me dijo en una ocasión ¿porque no te vas? Vi cuánto pagas y puedes encontrar otro lugar, no hay seguridad en las instalaciones dejé una una bolsa en recepción se perdió y no me dieron una solución, las camas de arriba son inseguras,muy altas, no recomiendo dejar tu equipaje en el resguardo porque a veces “sepierden” te dicen que no tiene costó pero eso cambia cuando lo recoges, Huele a gas,...

Short walk away from the main strip and plenty of places to eat / drink. There is a girls bathroom but unfortunately didn’t have any hot water. The mix showers/bathrooms weren’t the cleanest but to be expected. Beds are comfortable but the steps to get to the top bunk are really steep and felt unsafe. The staff is very kind and the cafe at the reception is delicious

Such a great hostel! Highly, highly recommend. Amazing location, really friendly staff, and I loved the terrace too! Just a really cool vibe. The rooms are really clean and lovely too.

Such a great stay! I ended up extending my stay 2 times and stayed here for a week! Everything was great and I really loved the location in chapu it felt very safe and I could walk around alone at night
