Hostel Brikette

This was the BEST hostel i’ve ever stayed at! The workers were all so nice and gave many tips for great places to go that aren’t crowded in Positano. The breakfast (while a little pricey…) was scrumptious. I had a beautiful view from my room (which was deluxe en suite i believe) and from the lobby space where you could have a drink or eat something. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a beautifully kept hostel here in Positano. I hope I can come again!! :)

I came with a group of my friends and we were able to all be in the same room even with separate bookings. The staff are super friendly and will go above and beyond to help and accommodate you. The location is a little bit of a walk, but it has a great lookout point near it which makes it worth it. I would recommend you book directly through the hostel website because you are booking through hostel world then there will be an additional fee that doesn't go towards the hostel.

I loved my stay here! It was my favorite hostel of my whole trip through Italy - the staff were really nice, and I appreciated the trivia night, that helped me connect with others in the hostel.

If you’re visiting Positano and want a place that truly enhances the experience, Hostel Brikette is an absolute gem. The location is incredibly convenient — easy to access compared to many places in Positano, which makes arriving with luggage so much less stressful. After two other hostel stays coming to this one, it was a real dump. It was not clean. The air did not circulate. At 24 hours my towel wasn’t dry and it was musty. The room of 6 beds also smelled musty and damp. There was zero privacy to shower or do anything. The light in the bathroom kept switching off. There was nowhere comfortable to sit and the staff were not particularly friendly. My last two hostel stays were villas and suites compared to this. Very disappointed for such a beautiful tow...

This hostel was perfect for a stay in Positano on a budget. It was central to town and had everything you would need. The breakfast was my favorite every morning and very affordable. The staff were so friendly and caring. I definitely want to come back for another stay!

I had a wonderful stay here! Staff was incredibly friendly, the view from the terrace was breathtaking, facilities were clean and renovated, and the location was great. The only qualm I have is that breakfast was not included if you book through hostel world— if this is something you want, book directly through the hostel because you get a free breakfast and evening drink each day that way!

O hostel fica a 20 min a pé do centro e para voltar são uns bons 30 minutos a subir escadas sem parar. As casas de banho sao bastante limpas. Os quartos são limpos todos os dias a mesma hora, mesmo que estejam a dormir. O ambiente é calmo e agradável. A staff era muito simpática. Os quartos não são muito arejados portanto muito provavelmente toalhas do banho e bikinis nunca acabam por secar. look its expensive, the view is wonderful the rooms are cool, the staff are helpful and theres usually a good vibe of people there! considering there is no other hostels in positano you have to pay and its cheaper than any other accom

Such a beautiful hostel, got upgraded for free to a room with a balcony, absolutely stunning views (even if it is at the top of the cliff with all those steps) !!! Top quality place, staff were so helpful and nice, and just such a friendly atmosphere, met lots of lovely people there.

Went solo traveling to the Amalfi coast and spent two nights here and it as a very good option they receive a lot of travelers as well so was good for socializing and meet people

The most beautiful hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Pricey but worth it. Stayed in all female dorm with view and it was very clean. The view is everything so that’s what you’re paying for, not the mention the friendly staff. Very welcoming and helpful. A towel is given at check in which was nice. I will stay here again the next time I’m on Positano.

Un buen lugar para llegar a Positano, ya que todo allí es muy caro. Por lo que esta es una opción para alojarse no es tan cara y permite disfrutar con calma de las playas y la belleza de este lugar, muy bien ubicado a pocos pasa de la parada del bus interno de Positano. Es un casi hostel y un casi B&B, donde se comparte habitación con otros huéspedes en mi caso. El personal agradable y trataron de comunicarse en español y estuvo todo bien.

This was a great hostel with an amazing view! The whole place is well kept and clean, the rooms with a balcony are great and the on suite bathrooms are cleaned every day, but even the shared facilities are really good and more spacious. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are great. Would definitely stay again, and while it is pricey for a hostel, it is brilliant value compared to other accommodation in Positano and for the facilities/view!

Incredible hostel. Definitely on the pricier side so I guess you get what you pay for, but I absolutely loved it here and I did not wanna leave. The hostel facilities themselves are so nice, lovely terrace with a view and the breakfast was so good (although pricey). I really liked the vibe of the people here too - met some genuine friends. Definitely a bit of a walk to get down (and I only ever took the bus back up) but Positano is lovely and you won’t regret staying here.

i loved this place! staff were so kind and great in the kitchen. rooms were nice and clean and the AC was great. it is a bit out of the way but i just took the bus to go up the hill and it was fine! really nice terrace
