I had an absolutely horrendous stay here. The wall by my bed was covered in black mould and the sheets were old and worn and felt disgusting to sleep in. The layout of the room was awful too, there was no space at all to leave my bags which meant other guests kept interfering with my things. The bathroom felt very dirty, no hand soap or toilet roll which is absolutely vile. I didn’t see any staff around the entire duration of my stay to be able to address any of these concerns either. Loved my stay here! The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff made everyone feel at home. The place was spotless, the dorms were spacious, and the common areas had everything you need. Great vibes overall!

This place is amazing, its in a very prominent location with lots of view points and restaurants in walking distance.

Great location, comfortable stay, was mostly out during the day. Could add wall lockers if the space allows. Gave some suggestions to the host. Overall really good stay. Would totally recommend

The host was welcoming. The location is very near to fort kochi so everything is nearby at walking distance. The hostel was clean and well maintained. I enjoyed my stay here.

Lovely place with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, amazing host, clean rooms with comfy bed and good location!

The Chillhouse is an affordable stay which includes familary care.... it's surrounded with tasty, beautifully, historical views.... It's a good spot to take rest and get filled up with new and calm energy.... Naiz is a great host, and very helpful so much so he went to get my glasses as I left them in the bar without me knowing. Thank you

A lovely clean and calming hostel in a great spot in the middle of town. Great kitchen, homely vibes :)

Auberge dans l'ensemble sympa, bien situé, gérant très arrangeant, grand rooftop. Petit bémol quand je suis arrivée la chambre était couverte de cheveux au sol et salle de bain degueu (probablement la faute de mes colocataires). Hors saison quasi personne dans l'auberge je me suis sentie un peu seule...

We had a fantastic stay at the chill house. Niaz really made the trip, giving us recommendations, taking us to local activities and supporting us with advice during a difficult travel period. We thank him hugely for his support and hospitality. The hostel is comfortable & clean. Highly recommend especially if you want a more homely, sociable vibe!

This hostel is fine for the price and the location is great but you get what you pay for. The rooms and bathroom are so small and stuffy and weren’t very clean. The owner was friendly but never seemed to be around- having to wait around for check in or to ask any questions. He also kept coming into the female dorm unannounced and walked in on my friend getting changed! There’s no security so someone could walk from the street into the room, fine for a night or 2 but honestly not amazing!!

The hostel is conveniently located for exploring Fort Kochi. Niyas was friendly and everything was smooth. Had a great 2 days

What is making the difference in this place is the hospitality and kindness of the host! Really recommended!
