The Jerusalem Hostel

Trotz Buchung war das Hostel geschlossen und über mehrere Stunden war es nicht möglich jemanden vor Ort oder telefonisch zu erreichen, so dass ich mir an diesem Abend ein anderes Hotel zur Übernachtung suchen musste.

No one was there to let me in middle of the day. No one would answer the phone or the door bells. 1 other person on chat also had same problem. Cost me my deposit and I had to find somewhere else dragging my luggage all over the place having just walked there from the rail station. I think they have gone out of business. How do I get my deposit refunded? Notnsure that I will be using this service again, rather contact places directly to be sure its not a con job!

Der volunteer der mich Einchecken wollte hat mitten im Vorgang das Interesse verloren und ist aus dem Hostel raus gegangen mit den Worten ich solle doch die Managerin anrufen. Mit ihr hat dann auch das Einchecken funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig und alle Betten hatten alte bettbezüge aufliegen. Ich habe meinem Bett Bezug erst nach mehrfachem nachfragen um 23 Uhr bekommen...

Ein tolles hostel in sehr guter Lage. Leider ist in meinem Zimmer (2) Bargeld aus meiner Geldbörse entwendet worden.

Great location. Not bad staff, mostly. Facilities are however very worn out, old, often dirty and in serious need of a renovation. Food mediocre. However cheap price means still good value for money overall.

Coudn´ t be better for the money you pay.

Ár érték arányban szerintem nagyon jó. Meglepetésre a szoba jó nagy volt, a fürdőszoba (zuhanyzó) viszont nekem nagyon kicsi. A belváros nagyon közel van, ami kárpótol mindenért.

Very nice hostel. They have a rooftop terrace where they serve breakfast or where you can just hangout. Great stay.

The 6 people dorm I stayed in was tiny and felt cramped, there wasn't enough space for two people to walk past eachother without one moving aside. On top of that, the bunk beds were super flimsy, the bunk would shake whenever the other person moved. Actually, it would shake even when the people on the bunk next to mine moved. The room didn't feel very clean and it was in a bit of a mess, but that's probably because of the people who were staying in the dorm and not because of the hostel itself. ...

Little hotel close to the old town. Unfortunately in my room you could hear everything from the hallway because the door was not closing with the ground. Also was the bright light coming in that way. Besides that the included breakfast didn't look appealing to me and was very simple. The mattress was not really comfortable. The contact with the reception was very nice.

Great hostel, awesome staff! Can highly recommend this hostel
