the best thing about this hostel is the bedding, really thick and warm which is perfect for winter. our room had a good layout so although there were lots of people, it didn’t really feel like it. but quite a sketchy and unsafe feeling overall as the front door is directly on a main road, and a couple times we found it left open. our bedroom door was also left open regularly, and there are no lockers during the day, so we were quite nervous about leaving bags there during a day trip.

It was well situated, not far from the station. Clean, but some stains on the carpet in the bedroom. Getting in with the key box was easy. There was a kettle and microwave in a small communal area on there floor I was on. The showers were warm, but it is difficult to shower without everything in the cubicle getting wet. Good value for the area. The stairs to the third floor were steep, hard to manage with any sort of luggage. I was OK with a rucksack. No lockers in the room.

O local é muito aconchegante,limpo, que incomodou foi o barulho de som durante a noite, tudo tremia, parecia que o som estava dentro do quarto.

Même pas un casier pour mettre nos affaires. Pas de personnel d'accueil. Aucun confort. Literie très mauvaise.

I payed the reservation fee and when they wanted to charge my card with the rest of the amount they couldn't. I didnt get the code to get in but a phone number. I called it, a lady answered she told me she was at the front desk. I never met the lady after this conversation. I couldnt get into the hostel and couldnt ask for a refund for the reservation fee. Worst hostel ever.

There’s no front desk (not sure if that’s permanent or temporary), the self check-in and check-out system is super convenient. There’s no elevator, so it might be a challenge for those carrying large luggage — though I wasn’t one of them. An 18-bed dorm might sound a bit crazy, but it was actually fine — everyone was quiet, and it was a great setting for meeting new people and starting small talk. The bathroom was clean, and I really liked the interior design of the hostel.

No surprise this rating. You only tool money from my card and when I appeared nobody was there, nobody reacted to .y call as well to my email. If you have a minimal sense for honesty give mě my money back. Pavel Škorpil, hostel Viva Chur

Das Hostel ist hübsch und die Lage, v.a zur Entfernung zur Altstadt ist toll. ABER: am Wochenende iwar es sehr laut- weil es ein Clubviertel ist. Durch die Musik und Partygäste ist es also ab 22 durchgehend sehr laut. Unter der Woche ist es vielleicht besser. Aber so haben wir leider bis 3.30 kein Auge zugemacht....

Very Very warm in the room but otherwise just fine with good bedding. Never saw any staff, but bathroom and other rooms were clean. Overall an ok place to stay, I would stay there again. Close to train station and places to eat.

A lot of people, some of them stink, lots of stairs so tiny the luggage didn’t fit, there was nothing extra

At this location is also a club every weekend and one Thursday in a month. I was unforunately in this Hostel when there was a Techno Party. Loud basses until 3 in the morning, noise of the people until 3:30! This day I was hiking in the mountains for 7 h, after this sleepless night I was again on a trip for 6 h. Hi this was great when I found it! Then I didn’t know how to get an access code (it was in my spam maybe this is something to note in the booking email). There were various phone numbers on the door all of which I tried, one was not working, and someone luckily called me from the other. It was very disconcerting not to have a staff member in the hostel. What would happen in an emergency? The location, rooms and bathrooms were great. description says theirs a fridge but there isn’t! only really get a bed and microwave for what you pay for. the beds were comfortable, the duvets are unreal especially in colder weather.

There was a smoker who kept going to the bathroom to smoke.

Worst hostel ever, host is of no help and never there. It’s just a bed, there’s no kitchen you can use cause all the cupboards are locked and you can’t enter them, there’s a fridge but people steal your food, the whole second floor had no toilet paper, no lockers to secure tour items,.. it’s literally just a bed and that’s it. Terrible.

The room I was in was full of alcoholics. The wifi also does not work, extremely slow!

schöne unterkunft, im 18 bett zimmer waren nur 4 belegt, war deswegen ziemlich ruhig. Buchung war allerdings ziemlich nervig, da es kein personal gibt und man eine schlüsselkarte aus einem automat bekommt. hab aber auch recht spontan gebucht.
