Stayed on two separate nights . The staff and volunteers were phenomenal. Each night there is an activity planned to connect staff and guests. The only down side is there is only one bathroom and one shower per floor so some waiting is mandatory during morning rush etc. Self catering kitchen was clean and organized. Views over loch ness are gorgeous with access just out the back door and kayaks for hire on site. Do yourself a favor and book a stay♡

Great place great staff

It was the best hostel stay I ever had! The location was incredible, everything had a peacefull and welcoming atmosphere. The people and activities were great. Just good vibes, would always come back!

Sweet little spot right in the middle of nowhere, next to Loch Ness. It was amazing getting to wake up right in the middle of nature, away from civilization. The hostel was immaculately clean and comfortable and all of the volunteers were amazing! If you're looking for a place to stay while exploring Loch Ness, this definitely is the place to be at! They organize daily activities too! Due to the remote location of the hostel, they even sell some simple groceries at the reception.

One of the nicest hostels i've stayed at. All the staff make the place incredibly welcoming. Theres always activities on around the hostel as well plenty of hiking to do.

This hostel is SO cozy and so good for anyone looking to see nature or enjoy some time away from the city. Rob the manager is 10/10 so kind and so helpful.

Great hostel, you're next to the loch Ness, the team is great and the lounge perfect, nothing best to sit and have a beautiful view on the Loch Ness while drinking your tea. It's just really in the middle of nowhere but you have a bus stop next to the hostel

This hostel is the best up north! Right by the loch with amazing views from such a cosy little place, the volunteers were all so friendly and helpful! Great for a rest between hiking or even just a short breakaway from the cities. Would 100% stay here again!!

Loved every bit of it! The volunteers are absolutely amazing and I think this place would not be as fun without them! The atmosphere they created during the ceidilh was SO FUN! The place is super clean and the views unmatched 💕

Such a beautiful hostel! Was a really comfortable stay surrounded by some beautiful nature. The atmosphere was very lively and would definitely recommend to anyone who was going to Scotland.

Staff were excellent, very friendly, other guests were also very friendly, perfect location for Inverness and all the tourist spots, I'd highly recommend 😊

Really cool hostel with great atmosphere. The only thing that was a bit unfortunate was that one of the showers was always cold and the other one was boiling hot and no possibility to change that. Also the toilet was sometimes a bit dirty, but that is probably due to guests that don't know how to flush and not to the hostel staff not cleaning. But overall a super nice hostel with amazing staff and at a great location.

For location and facilities this was as good as any hostel I stayed in while riding the NC 500, but where this one excelled was in the atmosphere. The staff did a tremendous job in ensuring the place was alive and active. A truly wonderful experience.

Lovely location along the edge of the Loch Ness river. Large kitchen facilities, easy access to bus station as well. I will say during my stay it wasn’t very social at all, no activities were run or at least not to my knowledge. Also there was only 2 showers for around 5 different rooms which wasn’t the most convenient thing. Overall nice as a stop over, with magnificent scenery.
